OMG i just cancelled my entire order with these guys. The customer service is terrible over the phone. Whichever lady took my order today Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 5:15 PM, just lost about $90 worth of business. It was extremely difficult to place my order with her on the phone, Im not sure if it was because of noise in the background or what but I had to repeat myself over multiple times and I was so excited to try out their pizza place until after about the umpteenth time of repeating my address, name and card number. I consider myself a patient person but I just gave up wanting to order. I heard it was a great place to order pizza but the experience just lost me. Their sauces are homemade and they do not skimp on any ingredients. They also have delicious sandwiches and salads. The antipasto salad is my personal favorite as is their Italian hero sub. A shockingly well made salad that had the recipient forget most of her manners and truly happy with the results. 4 Stars! This has been our Favorite Pizza place for years. Daily Fresh ingredients are used, ( I see the owner in the mornings bringing in the fresh supplies.) The pizza quality is always perfect & in fact seems to just keep getting better. The salads are large and "old-school" Italian style w/ GREAT House Dressing. The Egg plant Parmesan is very good but not always available . The owner is a very friendly man and truly wants to provide superior foods and personalized service. Our daughter lives out of state and requests that we meet her at the airport WITH ONE OF THESE PIZZAS IN HAND , EVERY TIME that SHE VISITS ...and we happily comply. Man I love the pizza here and I order once a week. Today I order my usual over the phone XL pie half pep half mushroom and a family side salad with ranch and I go to pick it up and it is the completely wrong pizza and salad. No big deal. I wasn't mad at all. I go back in and politely tell the young blonde girl at the front that I think they gave me the wrong order and she completely loses it telling me that she knows what she heard over the phone and she knows what I said in my order. I'm literally shocked and I say oh you're telling me that what I said over the phone? I was the one that said it. Why would I order the wrong pizza and salad on purpose then come in and say nah that's not what I ordered haha. I've worked in customer service 10+ years I know people are a holes but I was being completely understanding. For her to snap at me saying she knows what I said and that I'm wrong about what I ordered is such bad customer service. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but that's just crazy. I've never heard someone accuse a customer of ordering something wrong on purpose. Then she has the nerve to talk crap to her co workers as I'm sitting there waiting for my pizza as she said she repeated the order back to me on the phone (she didn't) and I called her out on it in which she didn't say anything back to me. I honestly think she heard the wrong name for pick up and she gave me someone else's order because I arrived a bit early to pick my pie up and my "newly made" pie was done less than 5 mins later. Also, the other guy employee told me I would have to pay the difference because my order was more expensive and when I asked if I had to pay the difference she said no so I'm guessing she heard the wrong name for the order and just got embarrassed.
