I had been looking for a business that could help with getting all those knots out of my neck and shoulders, and was able to get my appointments with Brent. He has been using deep tissue, warm towels and patience in getting rid of a lot of the knots that have been nagging me for a long time. My headaches have improved, and my overall mobility feels better. If you want to get rid of years of stress pains, or perhaps recovering from injury, I highly recommend Brent. He really wants to help you feel better which I appreciate very much, and tailors the massage to how your body feels on a given day. Definitely happy to support this local business. Parking is located underneath the complex (I've never had trouble parking), and you will need to call to get into the complex from the call box outside.

Brent was my masseuse and did a wonderful job. He asked what I wanted him to focus on and he actually listened. Sometimes massages feel like a routine- not a customized experience but Brent provided just that! All of the lotions and oils smelled wonderful. Can't say enough good things! Only slight criticism I could provide is that the location is a little difficult to find but that absolutely didn't interfere with my experience. I'll be back!

I have had many massages over the years, and this was by far the most unprofessional and…read moredistressing experience I have ever had. The session began without a proper intake. I was not asked about injuries, medical history, areas to avoid, or consent preferences. Within the first few seconds of the session, the therapist began applying very aggressive, deep pressure with no warm-up strokes. Only after already working on me intensely did she ask what kind of pressure I wanted. I said "medium." While actively massaging me, she began attempting to upsell me to a higher-priced "therapeutic" massage and repeatedly stated that "relaxation will not help you." I had already booked a relaxation massage. I clearly told her that I was carrying significant grief, including the death of my father, and that I was specifically seeking a gentle, soothing experience for my mental health. I explained that I did not want deep tissue work. Despite this, she continued with very firm, painful pressure and stated that she was "here to help" and that relaxation would not be sufficient. Throughout the session, I repeatedly communicated that the pressure was too firm. I used phrases such as "that's tender," "that's sore," and "that's too firm." When I identified areas as painful, she would return to those same spots with deep pressure rather than easing up. She would ask, "Is that better?" and I would say yes simply to get her to move on from areas that were extremely painful. I was not experiencing relief -- I was trying to endure the session. I understand that massage can sometimes be uncomfortable, and I am not new to massage. I was very specifically not seeking deep tissue work during this appointment. It became clear to me that what I wanted, what I booked, and what I paid for did not matter. She chose to focus on tender areas and overwork them despite my requests. At one point she performed a very deep stretch on my arm that went too far, causing my body to involuntarily spasm. I had to ask her to stop because it was extremely painful. In response, she said things like, "You're so young, you can't raise your arms?" and implied that it was difficult because my body was "heavy." The comments strongly suggested that my body size was the reason for the difficulty, which felt body-shaming and inappropriate. During the session I became visibly and audibly distressed. I was fully crying and clearly in pain. Despite this, the massage continued with aggressive pressure. Later, while I was trying to compose myself, she asked, "Are you scared of me?" Regardless of intent, this comment felt inappropriate in the context of the distress I had already expressed. There were also issues with positioning and draping. The face rest was removed at one point to work on my neck and was not immediately replaced when she moved on, leaving my head unsupported for a period of time. Portions of my body were not consistently re-draped after she moved to different areas. I wanted to end the session early, but I felt overwhelmed and froze rather than feeling able to get up and leave. I left physically sore, emotionally shaken, and deeply disrespected. While some soreness can occur after massage, this experience was not therapeutic or restorative. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking consent-based or, relaxation-focused massage.

I came back because my upper and lower back symptoms returned. I haven't been consistent with exercises and stretching which caused the relapse. I like that they keep me accountable and remind me that I'm in charge of my health. Some of the staff has changed since I was here last but they are still kind & very helpful. The doctors are still great at explaining what's going on with me and tell me what I can do to improve. They tell me visits are frequent to start to allow continuous healing then we taper down as I improve. I want to get back to monthly adjustments to help keep all the pains away. Whether it's been a month or 3 years since I've been here, I always leave the office feeling a little bit better.

Recently I booked a massage online which was accepted and confirmed virtually. The day before the treatment, I received a call from their receptionist informing me that the therapist preferred 90 minute slots and asked if I would be willing to update my massage from 60 to 90 minutes. Otherwise they would need to reschedule me for another slot. Their other time did not work for me. While the receptionist was very friendly and polite, the reasoning that the therapists didn't want to have empty portions in their schedules felt like a bait and switch. Essentially, asking me to spend more money with the therapist to make my visit worthwhile for them. This was frustrating especially because I had already booked a 60 minute massage with upgrades. Receptionist stated this is a known issue with their online scheduling platform, which seems idiotic issue that should be fixed for a large franchise since it significantly impacts the customer experience. This is the first time it has happened, so it's possible it is a therapist by therapists preference, but be alert that they may not be able to keep your appointment.

The way Dr. Jang evaluates my body and pain is truly unbelievable. He carefully goes over each part of the body--bones, muscles, and areas of tension--to find the root cause of the pain. I asked about it because it felt different from other chiropractic clinics, where they usually just do adjustments (which are still good). Dr. Jang uses a special technique called ART and treats my pain very gently. He explained that the muscles and pain points need to be properly evaluated first before doing any strong adjustments, which made a lot of sense to me. After several treatments, I felt a huge difference in my neck, shoulders, and back--as if the pain was being healed from the core. It's a very gentle but precise approach for deep muscle pain. I can tell that he really monitors my pain points and provides treatment based on my condition and progress, which makes the treatments even more effective. And the massage therapy afterward is truly amazing. I've dealt with pain from past car accidents, so I know how important it is to find good care--that's why I appreciate Eden Clinic so much. Fun fact: they have really advanced X-ray equipment and tools. Dr. Jang even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left, which may have caused me to lean a bit when standing. This made so much sense because I've always had pain in my right foot when walking or running for a long time. This has helped me a lot, and now I'm planning to use insoles in my shoes--no more pain! If you're looking for real treatment, I highly recommend Eden Clinic. They are lifesavers, and I'm so thankful I found this place.
