Before using Beverly's service, I had dealt with a number of cleaning services, but they had fallen short of my expectations. I expected to never be thoroughly happy with a cleaning company. Finding Beverly and her team was a dream come true. She has been keeping my house clean since early 2018 and have never thought of even trying another company since working with her. I also need to comment on the quality of communication I have with Beverly and her team. She communicates very well about scheduling and confirming appointments. She also communicates well about what my needs are in the home. Based on prior experiences with other companies, I feel that there is often a lack of communication between the client and the cleaning service. Beverly makes sure to know what my priorities are in the house and if there is anything specific that I expect to ensure that I'm satisfied. For example, she knows I love my blinds clean and she always leaves them beautiful! Thank you Beverly for providing such excellent service!

My husband booked Rosegold Cleaning Services, using a Groupon, as a last minute gift for Mother's Day. Lucky for us they were able to fit us in that same week (which I understand is rare) and on a Friday night, no less. On the day of, they were running behind from a another job so Kemar called to give me advance notice. Often times people just show up late with no notice. I was very appreciative of their consideration. Then they called to let me know they could not find the location - turns out my husband gave them the wrong address!! They drove around for nearly 20 minutes until we finally responded with our correct address. They have a "grace period" for late customers and we just made the cutoff so I was beyond grateful that they went above and beyond to keep this appointment despite our mistake. Additionally, they were very gracious upon arriving - we apologized profusely! Now on to the service itself... Kemar and Amauri exceeded our expectations! They worked diligently but not rushed, and were very thorough - no shortcuts here! Also, before getting started they asked if there were any products we preferred they use/not use and if there was anything specific we wanted them to work on. They even cleaned the inside of our fridge! We have open cabinetry in the kitchen so they removed everything to clean it - same for our bookcases. They deep cleaned our home until is was spotless and I do mean spotless. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them without hesitation!

He understands the different skills required to thoroughly clean everything, and uses his team as mini experts to get the job done. The value this team brings is hard to say enough about. When I served in the UK Royal Navy, cleanliness is paramount to healthy living, and not only did they do an amazing job, they were fast. In not much over an hour, his team had cleaned every nook and cranny, windows, furniture, tiled floors like it was all new, and just ready before some special family were coming in to visit. They normally clean my house carpeting 1-2 times per year. I have 3 cats (one who likes to vomit) and their cleaning supplies completely get rid of any stain or smell. Their prices rival the competition. They are on time and provide great communication. Stuart can perform other house cleaning modifications. He can clean grout and he is also an interior decorator. I quickly booked a cleaning service with her for that week. They showed up on time. When the service was done, we paid and the 2 ladies left. They did not offer a walk through. My husband and I began to look around the house when we noticed they did not wipe down our kitchen, or cabinets as promised by Yacky. We have a coffee machine and when we moved it over we noticed they had not cleaned. They wiped down parts of my fridge but when I moved bottles around I noticed they did not thoroughly clean the fridge. Yacky had told us they had special vacuums to clean our baseboards but they were full of dust, along with the window sills, all dusty. Our shower door (glass) was wiped but the walls in the shower were not. We let her know right away and she offered to have the ladies come back after cleaning another apartment but that was not convenient for us. We agreed they would come on the Monday after but never communicated nor agreed on what time. At 6pm on that monday I get a text saying they were on their way, I checked the cameras and they were already at our front door. I was very disappointed because the services offered were not rendered. And the lack of communication didnt help either. Also, they added water to our small fish glass, which we did not ask for and our fish died the next day. We had the water low for a reason because our fish could not swim to the top, so theres that.
