I quickly booked a cleaning service with her for that week. They showed up on time. When the service was done, we paid and the 2 ladies left. They did not offer a walk through. My husband and I began to look around the house when we noticed they did not wipe down our kitchen, or cabinets as promised by Yacky. We have a coffee machine and when we moved it over we noticed they had not cleaned. They wiped down parts of my fridge but when I moved bottles around I noticed they did not thoroughly clean the fridge. Yacky had told us they had special vacuums to clean our baseboards but they were full of dust, along with the window sills, all dusty. Our shower door (glass) was wiped but the walls in the shower were not. We let her know right away and she offered to have the ladies come back after cleaning another apartment but that was not convenient for us. We agreed they would come on the Monday after but never communicated nor agreed on what time. At 6pm on that monday I get a text saying they were on their way, I checked the cameras and they were already at our front door. I was very disappointed because the services offered were not rendered. And the lack of communication didnt help either. Also, they added water to our small fish glass, which we did not ask for and our fish died the next day. We had the water low for a reason because our fish could not swim to the top, so theres that.
