Horrible experience with this cleaning company. They were hired for a post remodel cleaning and…read morewere told several times we need all the dust cleaned and removed from all surfaces. Yancey arrived and finished within 3 hours and that was surprising to me. I went to check the work and all windows were still visibly dusty including the window sill. The walls were full of dust even though it was made clear to them to make sure there was no dust. When we explained I guess in more detail than what was already explained she appeared dumbfounded of what dust removal looks like. We asked for her to take a damp cloth and wipe all surfaces including walls and ceiling to make sure it was dust free. We even provided a ladder buckets and microfiber cloths to do the work. I assumed she did not think this was the required cleaning, and at that point I asked if this type of cleaning costs more to just let me know how much more and if she wanted to do the job correctly. She said she would do it at no additional cost. We left her to do the work and then noticed she had left with no notification. We checked our phone and she sent a text saying she was going out to lunch. She did not come back to complete the work that was contracted and demanded payment for an incomplete job. I asked her to come and complete the job as requested and what the additional rate would be and she stated we just didn't want to pay for the work. I explained to her she was correct we are not paying for an incomplete job and that if she wanted to come and complete it she was more than welcome to and get paid. She did not respond after that. Long story short if you need cleaning go elsewhere.

I consider Miami cleaning services pretty bad overall, this one won the first place by far. We agreed they would clean the apartment (1bd) for $180. They were supposed to arrive at 12:30pm, at 12:20pm they said they were going to be late. They end up arriving at 3pm. We were not at home and as soon as they arrived they said that the kitchen was too dirty and they would have to charge $230. At that point I definitely wanted them to leave my place, but since I wasn't at home and without knowing them I only had one option and agree with it (I already knew at that point that I would never hire them again anyways). When we got home and checked their work it was the worst cleaning service (if it can be called like that) that I have ever received.
