I hired her to do a new move-in cleaning. She was very passionate about her work. She looks and cleans in places you wouldn't even think of to clean. Not only did she do an amazing job on the cleaning. She also informed me of mold that was growing, and that was hidden not even the inspector caught it or anybody else so without her I would I've been out thousands of dollars due to the mold, mitigation and repairs. I can't thank her enough. She will always be my go to whenever I need a cleaning job done or whenever someone is looking for a recommendation 10 out of 10 experience!

My husband booked Rosegold Cleaning Services, using a Groupon, as a last minute gift for Mother's Day. Lucky for us they were able to fit us in that same week (which I understand is rare) and on a Friday night, no less. On the day of, they were running behind from a another job so Kemar called to give me advance notice. Often times people just show up late with no notice. I was very appreciative of their consideration. Then they called to let me know they could not find the location - turns out my husband gave them the wrong address!! They drove around for nearly 20 minutes until we finally responded with our correct address. They have a "grace period" for late customers and we just made the cutoff so I was beyond grateful that they went above and beyond to keep this appointment despite our mistake. Additionally, they were very gracious upon arriving - we apologized profusely! Now on to the service itself... Kemar and Amauri exceeded our expectations! They worked diligently but not rushed, and were very thorough - no shortcuts here! Also, before getting started they asked if there were any products we preferred they use/not use and if there was anything specific we wanted them to work on. They even cleaned the inside of our fridge! We have open cabinetry in the kitchen so they removed everything to clean it - same for our bookcases. They deep cleaned our home until is was spotless and I do mean spotless. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them without hesitation!

She finished in an hour and a half (a 2300 sq ft apartment) so the washing machine had another 40 minutes to run with sheets and towels. I ended up making the bed and doing the laundry myslef. (Yet I paid $30 extra for this service.) They claim that they are familiar with my building because they have other customers here and all units have the same appliances. Yet I had to fix the setting she messed up on the washing machine and run the drier for her (both are super basic Bosch), because she didn't know how to use it. When I called the company, the guy named John (the owner) told me that they sent a third party service, because their regular person (must be one and only) was not available (even though I booked an appointment on their website.) They never mentioned that when I booked, of course! So you are basically paying them to send someone working for another company, and obviously they won't guarantee any quality. You may or may not get their regular person and it's not guaranteed that the regular person is any better. You are better of asking friends for recommendations or googling individuals- because they care for the quality of their work since the income goes to them directly. P.S Oh, and the refund they mentioned - NEVER GOT IT. All I have is two charges for the same amount and one refund. (Obviously a refund for the second charge that they made by (another) mistake)
