I was definitely a little nervous going in not knowing what to expect but Julie talked me through the whole process and made sure I never felt uncomfortable. One session in I already went from shaving everyday to only needing to about once a week. My friend also got a glo 2 facial here after I did my laser and said she felt so relaxed. Its clean and bright and they have tons of colors on their walls. I had my pedicure first with Tommy. He was so great, and meticulous with every step. My feet feel marvelous and I feel so relaxed. My full set was next which I was very leary about, one nail had already popped off but the rest held tight. Moon is my new favorite technician. She got my nails off with no pain, cuticle damage, or blood. Moon did such a great job and they offer a pink or white acrylic power for your nails, the pink hides the dirt under you nails she said. When she read this review she proceeded to inform me that I wasnt welcome to come back. Instead of offering to fix the crap job Shake my dam head. *** Wanted to charge $5 extra on a gel nail fill to trim down. Paint job looks like a 10yr old was playing. Usually good service Dont use Ken when I didn't agree to the $5 he barely even touched my nails, sure these won't last a full two weeks. Super disappointed
