Simply dragging the small work. They are just insurance chasers spiking up the estimates unreasonably Reply to the owner comment: Really charging 160$ for taking out the 40$ worth hanging mirror from the wall and replacing is a meaningful estimate. Yes, I reduced the scope of work first time bcoz you were unable to provide a definite timeline when you can start and finish the work. The suggestion for changing the scopes comes from your estimator only. Bcoz of your delay, i choose for different vendors for my work. On the second time, when I noticed 160$ handling charge for 40$ worth of mirror. Also, you charged for a new baseboard. However, you reused the ones that were removed. Also, the drywall, you used less quality than the existing one. The existing ones are 5/8 in, and you used 1/2 inch. That's your wonderful estimation. Its my mistake,i should have read the reviews before hiring these ppl.

A few weeks ago I asked for recommendations for a roofing company in a local group. Corey Kanis…read morefrom Landmark Roofing reached out to me. We had him come out and give us an estimate. Of the 5 estimates from different companies we were most impressed with Corey. His estimate was also the best. He and his wife run their company out of their home so the overhead isn't as high as with other companies. Corey was very professional and conscience and one of the things that really impressed us was that he had his own crew. Some of the others hired subcontractors which is ok but we just felt more confident with someone with their own crew. Some of Corey's crew were Amish workers who have such a good reputation as being hard workers. Our roof was put on Thursday and we are so happy with the job they did. The roof looks beautiful and they hauled away every piece of debris and then went over the area with a big magnet to make sure there were no loose nails. You couldn't tell anyone had been here except for the new roof. And because it was supposed to rain later Corey picked up 2 more crew members to make sure they finished in one day before the rain came that evening. I HIGHLY recommend Landmark for any roofing needs if any of our friends or family are looking at putting on a new roof.

The company is owned by Cash and Gina Naftzger and is by far the best company we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. The most recent project was a complete new roof installed on our house, additional insulation in the attic, new hangers for all gutters on the house, repair of the concrete on the chimney and some other repairs. As has been the case in the past, the work was exceptional. It was performed on-time, within budget and with great care to insure all work was of the highest quality. Great care was also taken to make sure all areas of our house as well as the surrounding shrubbery and grounds were protected during the construction. When the project was completed, all areas were cleaned in a very professional manner. Cash and Gina are absolutely the best professionals we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. They are honest, straight forward and truly care that the homeowner is pleased with the work their company has performed. We intend to work exclusively with Cash and Gina in any home repair and remodeling projects we have in the future and would highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone who has need for these services.
