She let me know she was in the middle of tracking something for another customer who called in but she would be with me in just a moment. About 1 minute later she said it seemed like it was going to take awhile so she wanted to help me. She also helped me tape everything up and even put something in there to insure it stayed secure. When it came time to pay she explained my options and let me know she would pick the less expensive option based on my needs which I really appreciate. Very good service and good value.
