I used them so I would not risk damage. the computer was dropped a few feet to the floor while I was in the store. it arrived damaged at the destination. other parts also were damaged in a different box. when I went to the store on the other end of my trip (Bozeman Montana), they packed it up so beautifully, I was very impressed. this put my entire business down for over two weeks while troubleshooting. when contacting the Bloomington store, I was told by a manager to file a lawsuit if I wanted to try to get something. total cost for packing and shipping was over $1500.00. I was told that the insurance I paid was not available for UPS store packing problems. NEVER AGAIN!
