This is how their drivers treat the citizens of the country I had a doctor's appointment February 3rd it had snow deep our road had been plowed the driver did not get back into the plow driveway that had been cleared but left the front end out of the truck out in the road so it was not possible would not back up the truck when asked then lied and filed a complaint and had me arrested and criminal charges filed against me for lying on me because he could not back his truck up to get out of the road because he is an incompetent driver the customer had a whole driveway cleared to get in and he did not back in it but parked crossing the road blocking the road which is illegal and would not back up and move it when I asked him to do so he would not do it so I could get to my doctor's appointment holding me up until he rolled up the hose set there and did his paperwork then he backed up like I asked when I went to pull up he pulled up toward me like he was going to run over me with the truck coming my direction and stop that the front of my bumper telling me to back up then call the police saying I throw the cigarette in his face when I didn't is lying I have evidence and the officers foot tracks in the snow where he went to pick up the cigarette that was not even lit I just had it in my hand because I was going to light it when I got back it had gone out because I was taking pictures and had put it in the ashtray after taking pictures I had called the company asking them to get their idiot driver to back out of the middle of the road so I could get around to get to my doctor's appointment and all he did was charge me with his truck like he was going to run me over with it when all he had to do was back up the truck two or three foot so I could get around the man but he stated he got paid by the hour and was in no rush to do anything and didn't have to do anything was a complete ass man has me arrested and charged with two charges cost me $1,000 for his ignorance of not being able to drive to back into a cleared driveway it is against the law to block the county road where it is impassable in case there is an emergency or somebody needs to get in and out like I did to the doctor appointment spent my nicest day of the year going to jail costing me $$900 to get out this is the idiots that they hire to drive around a gas tank full of gas and does not know how to drive or Park correctly breaking the law and the law would not citate him at all because the officer does not know the law that it is against the law to block and Park across the road blocking completely the road I will be filing charges against him for falsifying police records and when I take a lie detectors test and prove everything I have just said and he will not take one because he is lying or when he does he will fail it this man lied after not being able to park his truck properly and lawfully and cost me not only time for my appointment but money and time out of the warmest day we had so I could get more wood because I burn wood only holding me up on the coldest day of the year that I needed to get one cut to heat my house also this man was a total ass and so is the company that is backing and complaining about me when they should be reprimanding and firing their driver read more

We were customers for years. We sold our house and we asked for the service to be cancelled and remove the tank. Not only did they not remove the tank they turned me over to a collection agency after they told me that everything was taken care of. I had to call the office in Missouri on 2 different occasions. After 4 months they finally removed the tank after the new owners had been in the house for 2 months. I do NOT recommend the Central City branch to anyone. We are in the process of building a new house and adding more propane appliances than we had before. I will not even consider MFA Oil. read more

If you're from out of town do not try to use these people. They refuse to fill my 45' motor home tanks for no known reason at all. Customer service is also terrible. Been waiting for a call back from a manager for 2 weeks with no response. 50 gallons of propane isn't enough for them to stop their trucks that come down the driveway to my RV spot.
