I've come here in the past for oil changes and they always do quick and reliable work! I've moved so don't get to come here much but started a new job down the road from this location so it was very quick for them to look me up and help me out! The prices are what you'd expect from a chain but they're fast so it's worth the price.

They were actually fast, courteous, and their waiting line (I was able to drive right in because they have 3 bays vs always 2 at VIOC) was much better setup and organized. VIOC always seems to choose the worst locations making getting in a hassle I would highly recommend giving Tolsdorf's a try - I can't imagine you'd be disappointed

They forgot to secure my skid plate and almost caused an accident…read more (3 months ago or so) I just finished a 12 hour shift and wanted to get a quick oil change on my way home. I wish I didn't go here today. I've been here for an hour now bc of this mistake The manager apologized, but that was it besides getting it fixed. No refund or promos On a positive note, they have a mech named Ryan who seems attentive and hard working. He was even giving the guy who forgot my skid plate hardware a lecture about it while seemingly doing the topside maintenance / customer service for both bays alone. While working on another truck earlier he was being very meticulous / gentle with the truck. Ryan also went downstairs to put the skid plate back in because he was getting sick of the same guy down there putting it in wrong AGAIN. If a new driver has this happen they may have reacted in a way that would've hurt themselves or others. I've been using Valvoline across the USA exclusively for the last 5 years and never had a bad service, let alone one this bad.

I pulled in when it was my turn, and the service tech could not have been nicer. He explained everything and I chose the most expensive synthetic oil and I had a $10.00 coupon. When they finished I asked if my tires were checked for air and he asked another guy working and he said yes they did. I explained my pressure light was still on and he said it may take a few minutes. I left and went to get gas and decided to check my tires, and no they did not add air! The back tire was very low and would not have happened in less than a five minute drive down the road to Shell. I really wanted to give them four stars for service and friendly staff but I specifically asked if they would check the tires when I pulled in because of my warning light. With multiple employees working on the car it should not have been missed- and it's on their checklist of things to do when you get an oil change!
