Fortunately, I was only a mile from my house, so it was a cold, but easy walk. I called Kenny's. From the moment my call was answered, I was treated with nothing but respect. I was given a time interval for arrival, and the driver showed up right on time, came to my house, drove me to my car, and freed it for me. What started as a horrible afternoon, turned into a great experience when all was said and done. The first thing I can say is it was a horrible weather day with icy conditions. I arrived at my car less than ten minutes after the service was called, yet he insisted I pay him $250 in cash, no exceptions, just to drop my car from the tow truck. When I explained it was a misunderstanding, he rudely told me I had to pay for his "time", which amounted to fifteen minutes max. Out of frustration, we agreed to pay just so I could leave. He then handed me an "invoice" just so he could pocket the cash. Pretty sure he just made up the amount on the spot. This man essentially scammed $200 for fifteen minutes of "work" and treated me with complete disrespect the entire time. Absolutely unacceptable and predatory behavior.

In fact, the other insurance company's agent explained everything to me more than my own insurance company did. I started to be proactive and googled repair shops and came across Wright's. Best decision I ever made. I contacted Coleen and she REALLY explained everything to me. Instead of going with the repair shop (Service King) that the insurance company wanted me to go with I went with Wrights. I made the appointment to take my car in and they were ready for me. Coleen told me it would take 4 days to repair and it took exactly 4 days, no more. I had to get a rental and Coleen also explained how that worked. This company is extremely professional. Coleen advocated for me when my own insurance agent didn't. If Coleen could be my insurance agent I would switch to her. My car was repaired and looks perfect. Can't even tell the car was in an accident. Before you make any decisions on who is going to repair your car, even if they are a few dollars more than what your insurance company is will to pay, please contact Coleen. Those runaway grocery carts, mysterious parking lot dings and new driver bumper dents have received the magic touch from Wrights- and restored like new. We have also experienced some major hits with our cars- OUCH ! As long as no one was hurt, we know that Wrights will make it RIGHT. Put their name, number and address in your cell phone address book and get your car towed to them from the start. Excellent communique with adjusters and customer, we feel lucky to have them as a resource we hope not to need.
