For me it was a real head scratcher. Rick and Tony came out the next day and arrived ontime at 830 am. Within an hour they diagnosed and fixed the problem which was faulty wiring of the GFI. I told them they did not have to but they insisted on repeatedly putting on booties when coming into the house. They have a $200 fee for coming out that covers repairs if they do not need to install expensive equipment. I think that is very reasonable in today's world. Rick, who lead the team, strikes me as being honest as the day is long. It is so good to find intelligent, honest, and competitant craftsmen to fix stuff when it needs. Everyone in my family is in some sort of skilled trade so we rarely have to hire contractors. My cousin is an electrician but he's been unavoidably detained with a 4 year old and a new born, so I had to call in the pros to install our media center and wire in a ceiling fan where no electric existed before. Jeff, from Anton Electric, was not only on time each day he came, but he was professional and did everything neatly and proper. He installed all of our components in the basement and ran an infrared device through the walls and placed it discretely next to the TV (which I still can't find). Now everything is out of site in the basement and all we have in our living room is the TV and speakers - it's amazing! Everything is controlled through this infrared and changing channels and such sends a signal to our devices in the basement. I'd highly recommend this if yo want to hide your devices. Jeff also installed a ceiling fan in our living room and honestly, he had it up in under 20 minutes.
