    I've been a customer of Young's for a couple of years now, and if I had written this review in the beginning it would read much differently. I was unhappy with the service provided and the general attitude of the employees was pretty negative. I only stuck around because Young's is so convenient, and I wasn't having much luck finding another cleaners that I was happy with. Luckily Young's hired new staff and things have turned around. My clothes come back clean, and the turn times are pretty fast. The staff seems happy and is always friendly. They offer customers coffee (Keurig), bottled water, and there is a box of complimentary snacks to choose from. I usually grab a granola bar and bottle of water on my way out. Nice touch, Young's. If you can't make it into the store, they offer complimentary drop off and pick up. This may sound crazy, but I've always had this idea that dry cleaning is sort of a luxury, so to walk into Young's and know that they recognize it as such, and treat it that way, makes me feel like we're on the same page.

    First time I tried this place out and I won't be coming back. The whole point of dry cleaning my clothes is so that I don't have to wash and iron them. Brought in three shirts and a 2pc suit. The suit lapel was completely bent out of shape- hopefully I can steam it so it lays back down, and there were three white spots on the back above the shoulders where it looks like some chemicals were spilled and discolored the suit jacket. The shirt collars were bent up similar to the suit lapel- again hopefully I can steam it to lay flat. The white shirt had two dark spots on the front collar in the same place on each side. I had forgotten to remove the collar stays on the black shirt and apparently one was out and one was in because the collar on the black shirt now has a permanent shiny spot in the shape of a collar stay. I always try to remove my collar stays but as a dry cleaner the least you could do is check them before you press the shirts. Just dropped off some other items when I picked these up and I'm calling them first thing on Monday to tell them not to touch my clothes. I'll take them somewhere else.

    I like this cleaners. Very professional. Had only one issue but they were more than workable to resolve it. But, I find them very pricey.

    This place is the very worst! The owner is ridiculous! I wouldn't send anything to this place…read more Quality shat, value shat, service double shat shat !     Run away and go anywhere else!…read more I came in with two wedding dresses. I needed one back in three weeks for an event so I ask if they'll call when they're done. The lady behind the register laughed and was like probably no but they should be done by next week. Try calling Tuesday. While waiting on an employee an office in the room looks over and says "they've really raised their prices since they've changed owners." I'm still optimistic. I call a week later, no answer, no voicemail. I try again in a few days and nothing. I go in in person. There's a different woman behind the counter and am told they haven't been started and there's no way they would have been done in a week and a half. No problem but I do need one next week for an event and tell her which one. She says she will make a note. Two days before then event still no word. I try calling and nothing. I try again and get someone!! They can have it don't a few house before my event. That's fine, I'm grateful. I show up and It's $160... I asked about pricing. She said the dresses are $100 each. I was like but this is just for the one dress? Yes she says. No explanation why I'm being charged an extra $60. (Is it a "rush" fee for a dress they had for 3 weeks?! No clue) I notice almost immediately there are brown streaks on the back on the bodice of my dress. They almost look heat related but I'm not an expert. I point it out and she shrugs. I ask if the other dress has been started. I get a long I don't know response and it would be difficult to find out. I ask for it back. She has it within a few minutes... She hands it to me in a pile. I had both of the dresses hung and in garnet bags when I came to the cleaners. I ask for those and at first am met with resistance but then another employee points out where they are and she give them to me. I hope my dress isn't ruined but it looks like it might be. I absolutely didn't trust them with the more intricate dress and feel scammed out of a lot of money.

    If I could do zero stars I would. I have never in my entire life been so offended by a place of…read morebusiness. I dropped off a shirt to be dry-cleaned 32 days ago. I came to pick it up yesterday not realizing that it had been more than 30 days since I dropped it off. I was told that it was not there, but was hopeful that since it was only slightly past the 30 day mark, that it may still be on the premises waiting to be disposed of. I was told to call in the morning and, because I am a teacher, and the first break I had today was at one, I called then, The woman with whom I spoke, same one as yesterday, proceeded to hang up on me twice even though I was just asking what is a better time to call. I am bothered by the fact that they didn't call me after 30 days to let me know they were disposing of it and even more bothered by the way this was handled. Don't ever go there! UPDATE! After all of this happened, I called again at a time when I though the manager would be there. She was incredibly helpful when we spoke and within minutes assured me that the shirt was still there. The shirt was set aside and a few days later my boyfriend went to pick it up. Unfortunately, he was told the shirt was not there. I called another number that he was given and spoke to someone else who was very helpful and he assured me he would take care of it. In the end, I got the shirt back and they did not charge me. If I had not been persistent about it, I would have never seen the shirt again. However, I do appreciate the swift action that was taken to help me and the fact that they got me my shirt back and were apologetic about the situation.
