We asked them to repair the garments as originally requested and paid. When my wife went to pick up the repairs, they tried to get us to pay again. A tattooed young employee told her that she was wrong and lying about it. Over a $12 bill. He yelled at her, made her cry and followed her outside screaming into the street. She came home in tears afterwards. When I asked her what happened she told me about her experience. I called the cleaners to ask what had happened and the young man answered and immediately told me that she was a liar and started screaming and cursing at me then hung up. I tried calling back a few times but he would pick up the phone shout over me, curse and then hang up. I finally gave up. Not going back and I'd encourage everyone else not to. Nobody needs that kind of drama and there are other cleaners in town.

I've ended up bringing my grandmother's needlepoint pillow that had missing stitches, two family quilts *loved* to death by generations, and an antique beaded purse that I found at a yard sale and needed a lot of help. I plan on giving the purse to my daughter to hopefully start a new family tradition. All were cleaned (they have a woman who cleans fragile antique textiles specially) and then beautifully repaired and restored. I shopped around at other rug cleaners and they're all in the same general price bracket. Russell's offered a 20% discount if I brought the rugs in instead of having them pick up. I also found there's no one else who can repair this variety of heirlooms, and with such old fashioned attention to detail. Highly recommend.

The place is not huge and it was pretty busy when I went. Luckily there were still a couple of washers available that I was able to finish laundry. They don't accept credit card, but they do have coin machine. In case you forget to bring detergent (like I did), they also have vending machine for that. Not a fancy or beautifully decorated laundromat by any means, but it has all the essentials (including a bathroom) with operating hours outside the normal weekday 9-5. The store rep was also helpful....the last time I was in a laundromat was over 20 years ago! If my washer or dryer decides to break again, I know where to go mext time. I recommended my elderly father bring his new jeans their to be dry cleaned. I told my father this was help the cleans to last longer than being laundered. My dad brought in 8 pairs of jeans, several of which were brand new. He requested dry cleaning with starch and he was charged for laundry (more expensive). He received 7 pairs of his jeans and was told one pair was lost and he would have to return the next day. 2 of the 7 pairs were not cleaned. They were simply placed on the hanger. When my father returned for the 8th pair and to point out the 2 pair were not cleaned, he was told they do not issue refunds and they can only offer to clean them again. He was then told they do not dry clean jeans. WTH???! Really?!!! Poor service and no owenrship of their mistakes. Once you pay it is your loss. No credit for future service and no refunds. Totally took advantage of a new and elderly customer.

they made me go twice to pick up the alterations i asked them, finally when I get the suits back…read morethe cleaning was awful, worse than before and they didn't do the alterations I needed, the first person had a hard time in understanding what i needed and then when he understood he told me to tear up the hem in the pants that I wanted to be longer, I even took another suit as a sample they didn't take measurements I leave both suits there they cleaned up both and ended up looking worse than they were before they Just sew the hem that I teared out and charged me for everything. NOT RECOMMENDED
