I was having an issue with my brakes and the mechanic explained to me the problem and I agreed to have it repaired. My bill was pretty reasonable and I will be returning here again. So glad my co-worker recommended this place. No more car dealership for me.

I took it to…read moreCriswell Collision Center for an estimate, which was promptly provided, and the amount was a bit more than $4000, which seemed steep, so I took it to Fitzgerald Mazda, where I'd bought the car. The Fitzgerald service manager recommended taking it to Elite Auto Body, which I did. The estimate from Elite was about half as much as the one from Criswell, so I had the work done there. The door had to be removed, blasted, repainted, and re-coated, and when I got the car back a few days later it was as good as new -- and the price charged was less than the estimate!

If you want to go to a transparent dealership, Fitzgerald is the place to go. I had such an amazing…read moreexperience at this dealership--I honestly can't recommend them enough. After a terrible experience at Heritage in Bel Air where I was insulted and dealt with shady car salesmen, I was pretty on edge going into this process, but this team completely changed everything for me. MJ took care of me and ensured I had everything needed, he was very knowledgeable about the car and walked me through its features. Carley really helped solidify the deal, making everything feel fair, transparent, and straightforward. And Alex in finance made the final steps incredibly smooth--no surprises, no stress, just clear and efficient. This was hands down the easiest, most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had. The whole team was professional, honest, and actually enjoyable to work with (which says a lot when it comes to buying a car!). You can tell when you walk into a dealership the integrity of its staff and this place definitely values transparency and integrity! If you're debating where to go--skip the hassle of finding a good dealership and go here. You'll be in great hands

My experience with the service department this week did not go well. I was immediately put on hold for 8.5 minutes then was disconnected. I called right back and went through the faulty telephone tree as before. This time instead of speaking to a person I was asked if I wanted a call back. I did. Two hours later, not having heard from the service department, I made another call. This again wound up with my being offered a call back. I again agreed and again received no call within a reasonable amount of time. A fourth call finally got me through to a service writer. An appointment was made for two days later at 8:15 a.m. I was told that the work would take 1.5-2.0 hours, so I elected to wait at the dealership for repairs. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told the wait would be a minimum of 3.5 hours. I called my wife to pick me up, disrupting both of our morning expectations. There's no excuse for that kind of stupidity. This service department doesn't appear to know what they're doing. When I finally retrieved the car, the bill was 150% more than what I was expecting. If I can find another Mazda dealer in the area, I doubt I'll be returning to Fitzgerald.
