They asked me the basic questions in advance & I answered about the vehicle's condition, etc. They gave me a decent quote on the phone & they set up a time to come-they were flexible & helpful & it was the same day! Also they gave me a 1 hour window of time (2-3:00), not all day like another towing company (another place told me 8 to 5!) The driver called when on the way, & showed up on time. He was very decent to deal with, did not hassle me over stuff or try to lessen the price quoted. Then I signed & he paid & left. I would deal with them again FOR SURE! Thanks again Luis Towing! They said all I needed was the title and they would have cash. It was a lie. They sent their driver out and he fusses about the condition of it (despite the website saying they take ALL cars, any condition!) and said they couldn't make any money off of it, so the best they could give me was $50. NEVER once on the phone did they ask me about the condition of the car, so why would I have thought to list out every problem with it?? (The wiring on the engine and interior was burned). On the phone they told me they were just going to crush it, so why would that even matter? They lied--they were going to strip it and sell anything they could, including the tires and rims which were near new and worth almost $400. I didn't care, but we had a deal for $150 and I believe they never were going to honor that price in the first place. Total bait and switch. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. I will be filing in small claims court.

The excuse? They "rounded," used a 21-day payoff instead of the standard 15, and passed on loan company fees to the seller. None of this was disclosed up front. Also, their hours are listed wrong--they close at 7, not the time posted online or on the door. I found that out the hard way. Bottom line: Do your own math, double-check everything, and be ready to call out the BS (not Gus--he's solid). Personally, I'd recommend going across the street to from carmax instead.

He provided me no insight on what I'd be getting and gave me the run around, and they have some lame promotion saying they'll outbid carmax on a sale. If not you'll get $200 bucks! What a joke.
