The next appointment was with Dr. Michelle who happens to be an NP but she was EXTREMELY kind. I went in for heartburn issues and she seemed worried and concerned that I was sick -- something that most doctors don't do. Ever since then, I've been going to this office. After some of my own research, I then called my previous doctor from Denver and asked him what he thought. He called back the next day and told me he got nothing by raves about her. I called Dr Pearson and the rest is history! I would not go to anyone else ever! She is the most caring, thorough, friendly person. Not only does she listen to ME, but she goes a step further to make sure she understands what I am trying to tell her. Dr Pearson never rushes, but takes her time to be completely sure that "I" understand what she is saying to me. Definitely a collaborative atmosphere! The office has the MOST pleasant, responsive and friendly staff. They are truly all the greatest!

They were good when I first joined years ago but in the past 3 years they have steadily declined. 1. Dr's / PA have quit. This is what made the practice great in the beginning. They cared and would listen and actually knew who you were and followed up. Now, you're constantly having to chase them for renewals, rx, approvals, diagnosis, next steps because they don't know you. RX aren't followed up upon or takes forever to get renewal, takes weeks to get an appt, months for routine appt, every year they tell me I don't need a physical exam when I use to have one at least every year and the pap every other year (it just feels like they just don't want to do it), dropped the ball on approving Rx, It could be that they are victim of their own success. Too many patients, even though they no longer take new patients. I don't ever see a Dr or a RN any more, it's always a PA. 2. Their front desk check in people are annoying. I feel like it's not a genuine atmosphere 3. Their Phlebotomist is rough when they take your blood and so grumpy when she does it 4. there is ALWAY ALWAYS ALWAYS an hour wait even if you get there 5-10mins early and checked in. Only way to avoid this is if you are the first appts of the day. 5.They tend to fob you off to specialists because it is "beyond their scope" but then don't recommend any specialists. I really hate to have to look for a new dr practice but it looks like i may have to. I wish I didnt have to.

It became difficult to reach someone to make an app. No return calls from front desk. 24-48 hr response from doctors nurses. My PCP left the practice about 6 months ago. He was extraordinary. I had to see another physician there as a result, who did my yearly exam late October. As of 12/3 she has not replied to even one 1 of my four msgs; left 2 through their portal and 2 voice. I will not be going back to this practice. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

One of those people you are immediately at ease with. She always makes me feel like I'm in good hands! She's very thorough when it comes to getting a full picture of my health, and seems to have a lot of knowledge about current research. She's not just there to write a script and send you on your merry way...she actually listens to you and even picks up on things you don't think to mention. Front desk staff and nurses are also very sweet and welcoming! Even the phlebotomist is wonderful, I have to get blood taken frequently and have difficult veins to find so I have some horror stories...but she always finds my veins on the first stick. The wait times are excellent, I arrived early for a morning physical and they took me almost right away, about 15 minutes before my appointment, then I was in and out in an hour (which I appreciated as I had to get to work). I've tried several doctor's offices in Alpharetta and am relieved that I've finally found one I both like and trust. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommended!

In general the care I receive is good, not great…read more The areas of concern are 100% based on lack of training, inattention to detail, rushing, and not properly hiring empathic customer facing admins. Key areas: Getting refills promptly addressed via portal and without having to place a call to let them know a request has been put in. Ensuring the RIGHT medication is being refilled. Follow up- if there's an issue with insurance or payment or test results or prescriptions, you will not receive a call. You might not even be notified on the portal. To get proper medical service, the patient needs to be on top of them for all the above reasons. If you are an active and engaged participant in your own medical care and are willing to double check things, you'll be fine here. I can say that, for me, I've seen some improvement from years past.
