I was referred and can't express my deepest gratitude! They truly care and take such outstanding care! It's rare to come across a business in US that takes such human approach. Please accept my deepest appreciation to the team (Liz-for making an easy sign up, Yana for ensuring mom got the best treatment that she needed, Joseph-who came on such short notice, both nurses-who were nothing short of a miracle! Talli, of course the owner, who set up a great team of individuals, that provide the BEST care, that even after the passing, the family has a peace of mind that their loved one got the care they deserved. Thank you for your professionalism and dignity you put in your work. It's beyond appreciated. May all of you have all the health in the world for all the work you do! God bless

The last thing families need during these difficult stressful times is added stress from terrible cavalier, and lacking service. They refuse to accept their horrible mistake which is the TRUTH. I did NOT have a problem with mom getting discharge I am very thankful for it as I am thankful she transitioned from hospice to home health, I did have a major problem with their disgusting discharge procedures, their refusal to take responsibility for the wrong information Maria gave me would affect my elderly mom's well being. My mother's discharge was atrocious and very poorly handled, yes she was given a 2 week supplies and equipment after discharge however this does NOT excuse them for the terrible treatment the last day. I would even consider it inhumane. 2 days before the medical equipment was supposed to be picked up a nurse named Maria informed me that NO date was actually set for moms medical equipment to be picked up. (Wrong information) 48 hrs. later and about 1 hour before mom's bed time a receptionist by the name of Samantha informs me by telephone that law enforcement would be called out if I did not surrender the hospital bed, I was shocked and panicked and in utter disbelief. Yes I elevated my voice I was outraged for the handling of their mistake and the misinformation they gave me and to be told the police would be called out if mom did not surrender the hospital bed. I had to call public health to investigate their terrible discharge practices, ** the investigator advised me on 2/16/2024 to share my experience so others would be made aware of my experience. They did NOT care when I informed them that mom would be sleeping on the floor because of their terrible mistake, the case manager named Vera korkanovic declined to speak to me to defuse this matter, or to find a resolution. The owner Tali Fayfel refused to speak to me as well. She later calls screaming at me. The receptionist screamed at me talked over me and repeatedly told me moms hospital bed was going to be picked up that evening no matter what! In panic and in the evening hours I began taking out some medical equipment outside, I had no idea how mom's health would be affected sleeping on the floor that night. ****The only nurse that stood out from everyone was a nurse named DAMARIS she was consistently caring, professional, and patient. ** I did email hospice to let them know I would be sharing this horrible experience so other families would not have to go through this. Sorry if you view this as threatening. * Social worker did not return calls/ text messages for days. * Case manager refused to take my calls a number of times when I needed guidance for discharge. Resources for your family for unethical treatment/ or to file a complaint regarding care & treatment * CA Dept of public health 714 567-2906 * OC COUNCIL OF AGING 714 479-0107 Wow , you expect professionals to be professionals. Beyond disgusted. Please think twice before using their services.

She began with Palliative Care and transitioned into Hospice Care. Navigating care is an incredibly daunting journey, but having them by our side made all the difference. What stood out most was their unfailing promptness; whenever we had a request for supplies, equipment, or medical advice, they responded immediately. Beyond the logistics, they are truly compassionate professionals. They didn't just treat my mother as a patient; they treated her with dignity and our entire family with kindness. During our most difficult moments, they provided the wisdom and guidance we desperately needed. They helped us understand what to expect and gave us the peace of mind to focus on being present with my mom rather than worrying about the details of her care. If you are looking for a team that is transparent, reliable, and deeply caring, I highly recommend Maximum Care Hospice. Thank you Max, Victoria (our nurse), and Aylin (comfort care nurse) for everything! We could not have gotten through my mom's last few days without you! You were a blessing to our family!

As soon as we decided to switch to hospice care, we've been in touch with a few places but Maximum Care Hospice felt most transparent and comprehensive. Other places were a bit unclear about who is coming from where and what exactly is being provided with hospice care. Switching to hospice care was a difficult decision, but we are so happy to have chosen Maximum Care. We had a wonderful nurse Victoria. It was a short seven days but she provided all the support that we needed. There was no judgement whatsoever (my father was difficult) and she was very respectful and kind. We had a somewhat unusual circumstance, where the police had to be in touch with them (due to my father's passing as a result of a crime), but they handled it all very graciously. Equipment delivery and pickup was excellent. They are contracted with a place called St Joseph's and every staff from there was respectful and friendly. We also had a wonderful woman come to bathe my father before he passed away She was very thorough and efficient. I believe she isn't an employee but someone who is contracted to provide personal care to several hospices, but she had told me that she tries to take every job requested by Maximum Care because they treat her very well. When my father passed, Victoria came immediately and connected us with their recommended mortuary. My cousin, who is experienced with contacting mortuaries at her church community, was very impressed how seamless and "easy" Maximum Care made the process. Thank you again, and I will forever recommend Maximum Care Hospice to anyone who needs hospice care providers.

Meals: My mom no longer wears her dentures, so the caretakers make soft foods for her meals. They also take the time to make customized meals for the other elderly residents. Home: The home is clean and spacious for those with walkers, although my mom now primarily uses a wheelchair. The yard is big, and everyone enjoys having lunch together outdoors. Ruzanna and her team goes above and beyond; they even went all out for my mom's 82nd birthday. She consistently sends me pictures of my mom, which I am so very thankful for. When we…read moresigned up with the company the woman who managed the case initially asked what type of services we needed. I said that my brother needs help with housekeeping and cooking. There are times when caregivers asked if I wanted to have them do all the dishes (my husband and I) to which I responded you don't have to don't worry about it, said you don't have to. Some graciously washed all the dishes. They did send a caregiver once. The first couple days she literally sat in the chair and did pretty much nothing. After the second day, I sat with her to talk about the expectations that were laid out in the caregiving plan with Visiting Angels. According to her and other caregivers after her, she was not given a caregiving plan that described the task of light housekeeping for my brother. She seemed upset by this and never came back. The case manager that set us up initially said to us that Visiting Angels was there to help everyone in the family and all their needs. No, I do not ask someone who's there for my brother to help me or my husband with housekeeping, but this is something that the case manager at the time told us would be available.. There are jobs that are just really hard and really low pay paid one of them being caregiving. I would hope that these caregivers would get at least what workers at McDonald's are getting in California $22 an hour however deserve to get at least $30 an hour. i'm pretty disappointed that the resolution made by the owner of the company was to respond to my yelp review with defensive response, in lieu of learning more about how to make this service better.
