The reason was when the lab technician came to pick up samples, the person that worked in the doctor's office never printed the doctor's order for my sample. As a result, they never submitted my sample. I don't understand why 1st, the person that was responsible for printing the order didn't do it; 2nd, why the technician didn't alert the office there? 3rd, why nobody from the doctor's office called me and asked me to go back and give sample again? It's frustrating and makes me wonder what kind of other mistakes they can make? Mixing up patient's samples or orders? As of now, I am waiting for their office manager to call me back.

He turned out to have metastatic cancer that had infiltrated his lung, and he died soon after. Do NOT see this doctor. The racket he has with his wife is one of the most unethical and unscrupulous medical practices imaginable and he should be investigated by the medical board.

He prescribed the ear drops and medication that ensured I felt better within a few hours so that I was able to be present for our daughter and heal.
