This office does not allow prescription refills over the phone unless you make an appointment…read more Prescription refills that were made WITH the doctors themselves. What doctor requires their patients to do this for the most basic procedures? What if the patient is running out of medications they absolutely need but are not able to make an appointment in time before they run out? Look I know it's an expensive area but it comes across as nickel and diming sick people and is just dirty practice altogether. I have never heard of this ridiculous nonsense.

SO, as mentioned above I needed an urgent care facility as I was feeling beyond miserable and my local tried and true facility wasn't open for some odd reason so I searched and found this establishment. Reviews were great so I said perfect, yet upon arrival I literally sat in my car second guessing even going in because I've been spoiled by the likes of Inova and Patient First where "curb appeal" is a thing (& matters). Yet I got over myself and went in because as I said I was sick! Upon entry I again said maybe I need to keep searching because you literally can see the dust on many of the items that are both on the floor and strewn upon the tables and walls .... and there's so much tattered signage on the wall you don't know what to look at or what's relevant .... But the service! The front desk woman was phenomenal! Her "bedside manner" was top notch as I listened to her ease the worries of folks on the phone and simultaneously take care of me and one other patient. She was truly the shining star of this establishment. And my wait time was non existent which was really nice! I completed paperwork, insurance was verified and the doctor saw me right away. The doctor was interesting because I felt as though she was more interested in my nail design and handbag than in truly paying attention to what I was sharing about my illness.... But she diagnosed me and sent my prescriptions right over to the pharmacy with no issues. So, as I said in the beginning, tough review to write because the service provided was pretty good, however, the packaging in which it all was wrapped was tattered and we all know presentation matters, so, this was a one and done experience for me and I'll be returning to Inova or Patient First where I feel cleanliness standards are met,

Since June 20th, 2026, when I was scheduled to be seen by Nurse Adhikari, I've had to call the…read moredoctor's office (your office) several times (at least 6 times, if not more), in addition to sending an email. This was my semiannual visit, and the whole purpose was to have a refill on my medication. The day after my visit, I went to the pharmacy, and they had not yet received the doctor's order. I called the office, and they had to ask the nurse for the prescription; they didn't have it. When I went to the pharmacy a few days later, only one of my prescriptions had been sent (levothyroxine), and I had to call back for Prolia. When I was with the nurse, I specifically asked for my bone density results. Yet she forgot that there is a need for medicine when you have osteoporosis. The medicine (Prolia) needed a doctor's approval. I had to call my insurance company three times to ask whether they had received approval for Prolia, and each time the answer was no. I called the doctor's office, and they didn't know how to work the system to send the approval. Finally, they lied to me and said the insurance didn't approve the medication and that it has to go through a specialty pharmacy. I called my insurance today, and they did not know anything about this claim. There was no doctor's approval for Prolia on my file. My insurance agent called your office while I was on the phone, and I was listening for them to leave a message. There has been no response from your office yet. This is the worst I have seen any medical organization perform in my 69 years of experience. I did not think this level of ignorance from a doctor's office was possible.

The staff is helpful. I forgot the receptionist name but she tries to answer your questions as well as possible and very politely. Her medical assistants are very kind. They will call you and relay information to you. You can trust them as they sit in the room with Dr. Arnold and they are very knowledgeable in the field. If they are not sure on something, they will ask Dr. Arnold. Victoria is great! Dr. Arnold herself listens and thinks outloud. She will not jump to conclusions or seem rushed. In the end, she performed surgery and my life inhibiting episodes have been controled! Her office look is outdated, but I am not there to be impressed by that aspect. I did have to wait but c'mon- where do you not have to wait? This is not the nail salon. A good doctor will have other patients besides you (remember you are waiting for them to leave. Would you want your doctor to rush on you?) She did move my surgery time up which is fine since they told me to take the whole day off. Her surgery days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. So your appointments will usually be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. They have the text reminders for appointments if you choose that method which is nice. Overall, I am pleased. She has had many awards and she is a very smart lady. I am glad she helped me. Keep drinking lots of water and be nice to your doctor everyone!
