I asked for my personal records when I had to change insurances and change doctors and I had asked for my records in December 2020 in person, then had called every month multiple times leaving messages and speaking to the front desk asking them ( and them agreeing) to fax my records or mail them to my new doctors office and THEY NEVER FAXED THEM! I am currently sitting in their waiting room, I had to tell them that I wouldn't leave without my records. ( it's been almost FOUR MONTHS!!) They made me feel like I was a nutcase asking for MY personal records. ( I cried because I was so embarrassed) No one should ever have to fight to get their records to be able to get the medication that they need to live comfortably.

It's a very modest office, but Dr. Khalid and his staff are always friendly and sure to take care of my needs. While other doctors have made me feel like less of a human being for being overweight, Dr. Khalid gently suggests that I take advantage of nice weather and go for a walk. (Which I do!) :-) My favorite part about visiting the office is getting to interact with his medical students. It's really fun to see them grow and get more confident. That being said, if you're not into the idea of a med student getting to watch your exam, Dr Khalid may not be the doctor for you. But for me, I was more than happy to let a med student listen to my lungs when I had bronchitis. After all, they're the next generation of doctors and they need to learn somehow! :-)

I was introduced to Dr. Possner by a good friend. There are not enough words to describe how…read morethankful I am for this introduction. From the first meeting I had with Dr. Possner, I knew things would be vastly different and that I had found someone that would have a profound impact on my health. My first appointment was the longest time I had ever spent with a doctor. My appointment was 2 hours and Dr. Possner had fully reviewed my medical records and engaged me in thoughtful conversation about my medical history. I left my initial appointment with a feeling of empowerment over my health that I had never really felt before. Little did I know that the impact of having Dr. Possner as my doctor would happen so quickly. I was on vacation and had an acute UTI. It was after business hours, but I was able to call the office and get the on call doctor that happen to be Dr. Possner. I walked him through my symptoms and he immediately called in a prescription for me. Because he had such knowledge of my history it was easy for us to communicate and talk through my symptoms. He checked on me via email through the client portal several times over the next couple of days to ensure I was ok. The fact that I was in a remote part of a different state and I was able to call and speak with the doctor saved me stress and the hassle of finding an urgent care to go to. He has made several recommendations to other specialists and doctors, all of whom have turned out to be amazing. His referral goes a long way with each specialist I have scheduled an appointment with. I can't recommend Dr. Possner enough; he's a great listener, thoughtful, caring, kind and you can tell he truly loves what he is doing. His follow through is simply amazing.

I give HER 5 stars and I'm sorry that I won't be able to see her at this practice. The $250 annual concierge fee is high even by boutique clinic standards, and I wasn't aware of it until the day of my appointment. The cancellation fee for an appointment is $200. If this practice is out of network for your insurance, know that the charges far exceed the generally accepted rate that even the best out-of-network coverage recognizes. This is important to note, because Capital Medical will bill you for the balance not covered by insurance, which makes the rationale for the concierge fee pointless for patients who already are out of network. I was left with a significant bill for excess charges for a physical, but the clinic was cooperative with me and Mary Beth was gold once again in hearing my complaints, even though she's not involved in the billing aspect. I absolutely loved the care I received by Mary Beth and how comprehensively I got a picture of my health. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are in-network, and you are not put off by the concierge fee (which is payable per calendar year), I highly recommend making her your PCP.

We saw him for no more than 30 minutes. Later when we received an almost $700 bill we were flabbergasted and called the office. They said they had noted us for being there for 1hr and 42 minutes! We were not even in the building for that long. We waited about 30 mins for the doctor and saw him for no more than 30 mins. When I explained this to front desk they said there was nothing they could do because when Doc enters the room he starts the timer at the door. I was stuck with the bill and obviously none too happy. Thankfully, my insurance covered more than 50% of it. Just be aware of your time there and double check with the desk before you leave that they have the correct time recorded.
