Dr. Reddy is by far one of the BEST doctors in the Washington DC area. His entire practice is a…read morerole model for how all doctors should work. I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy going back to about 1998 when Dr. Reddy took over a practice from a retiring doctor. I was 29 years old. Starting with our first few appointments, Dr. Reddy spent so much time to understand my current and past health, I was almost concerned I was his only patient. Of course I was not his only patient, that's just how Dr. Reddy works, and he works hard long hours. I'm a complex patient with a variety of health issues requiring many different specialists who have performed countless surgeries. Dr. Reddy has been indispensable with his specialist recommendations. Dr. Reddy talks to the other specialists involved in my care, so they all work together to develop a cohesive plan for my health care and to ensure no risks aren't understood and mitigated where possible. Fast forward to 2026 and now I'm 56 years old and in better health now than back in 1998. He has always given me honest to the point advice on how to improve my health and encouraged me as much as any professional can. He helped me set and meet goals. He also holds me to the fire when I could be making better choices. Dr. Reddy communication style is friendly and warm, inquisitive and compassionate. He seems to be always learning and keeping his medical skills fresh with the latest and greatest medical advancements, even 27 years later. Thankfully for his own life -and family, he has recently become a concierge Doctor which for me is even better! No matter what, with Dr. Reddy, every patient is important, the details matter, patient comfort and trust matters. These goals require a doctor who has a true heart wanting to help others, who is willing to spend extra time with his patients rather than build a super sized practice with way too many patients where care falls short and you are just a medical file. The front office staff and the other medical assistants, phlebotomist are always friendly. The office will always work with the patient to schedule an appointment that works with the patients schedule. I can often be seen the same day, sometimes within an hour! The wait isn't bad if any at all and the office is comfortable and tidy. Thank you to entire team and of course a super BIG thank you to Dr. Reddy!! Highly recommended!

From the first meeting I had with Dr. Possner, I knew things would be vastly different and that I had found someone that would have a profound impact on my health. My first appointment was the longest time I had ever spent with a doctor. My appointment was 2 hours and Dr. Possner had fully reviewed my medical records and engaged me in thoughtful conversation about my medical history. I left my initial appointment with a feeling of empowerment over my health that I had never really felt before. Little did I know that the impact of having Dr. Possner as my doctor would happen so quickly. I was on vacation and had an acute UTI. It was after business hours, but I was able to call the office and get the on call doctor that happen to be Dr. Possner. I walked him through my symptoms and he immediately called in a prescription for me. Because he had such knowledge of my history it was easy for us to communicate and talk through my symptoms. He checked on me via email through the client portal several times over the next couple of days to ensure I was ok. The fact that I was in a remote part of a different state and I was able to call and speak with the doctor saved me stress and the hassle of finding an urgent care to go to. He has made several recommendations to other specialists and doctors, all of whom have turned out to be amazing. His referral goes a long way with each specialist I have scheduled an appointment with. I can't recommend Dr. Possner enough; he's a great listener, thoughtful, caring, kind and you can tell he truly loves what he is doing. His follow through is simply amazing.

I'm not dismissing other people's experience with him, rather saying that I've been a long time patient and still choose to be one. He's always happy to see me and tries his best to listen to my concerns when I come in.

I first went to Dr Gupta 4 years ago with a concern about my knee. He was generally unhelpful,…read moretelling me that I probably had no cause for concern but still referred me to a specialist that ended up being unhelpful as well. Fast forward to present day - I went to go visit him with another concern. After spending most of my visit talking about his own personal life and telling me that I looked to be in great shape (weird), he told me that I probably had no cause for concern (despite my discomfort and issues I was having with my body health) and just told me to go get blood and urine work done. I listened and did just that. The results came back pretty clean so I thought there was no cause for concern. 3 weeks later, my symptoms worsened so I called him on a Saturday to ask if there was any medicine I could take or if he could possibly prescribe me antibiotics to help me with an infection. He was very curt, blunt and rude over the phone telling me that I wasn't listening to him and if I wanted his opinion to just take it. He told me to go to urgent care so they could tell me what was wrong. Oh not to mention that he made sarcastic/snide remarks about asking me if I had multiple sexual partners without any sensitivity toward my situation. He was more interested in sounding sarcastic and lackadaisical than concerned. I wonder if he treats all his patients and even his own kids this way. If a Primary Care Physician can't even prescribe antibiotics, ever tell me what's wrong with my body and will lack any and all empathy when addressing me health concerns, what good is he? Seems like Dr. Gupta would be better suited to just being a guidance counselor since all he's interested in is discussing what he did over the weekend instead of offering any helpful medical advice or solutions. Not sure if he's past his prime, but these days, Dr. Gupta, you need some empathy and patience when speaking with folks. It's called being kind. If you're going to be rude because I "need to listen what I'm telling you to do and just take my opinion you called me for" when I'm clearly concerned and in pain, then you clearly have other issues. Never going back to this "doctor". Read the other poor reviews he has. It checks out. Seems like it's time for him to check out and hit the retirement stride.

He is absolutely the kindest, most caring doctor, and such an excellent doctor. He won't give up in finding what is wrong with you, if you are sick. He listens to you and is very thorough in checking for what is making you ill. He will recommend a specialist, if you need one. Yes, CDC lists this vaccine and advises to take it, but Dr. Sadikman went much further, asking me about specific conditions I am likely to encounter, time of the year I will travel etc. before making his recommendation. I was scheduled to have a telehealth appointment this morning. During my commute to work, I received a call from a girl named Sharma asking for my copayment balance to be paid before my appointment. Considering the various circumstances in my life, I apologize that I was not aware. However, I will make the payment through the portal. When I asked her if I could still be seen, she responded that payment must be made before the appointment. In my opinion, this did not answer my question. When I asked to speak with the billing department, I was informed that they weren't yet open. As I work in the medical field and have patients to see, I received calls but couldn't take them. Immediately prior to my appointment, I receive a call from the same person, Sharma, informing me that Dr Cohen had canceled my appointment if no payment had been received. When I asked to speak with Dr Cohen, the girl Sharma responded that he will not speak with me. It was at this point that I stated my position that I would not engage in back and forth discussion with Sharma. She replied, "Oki Doki.". To me, that was an unprofessional response. Sharma replies that I have been aggressive? If there is a recording of the call, I would suggest you listen to it. I should point out that every time I have been to the physicians' office, I have asked if i can pay my copay and they have always said we will bill you. I know how bad I am at remembering to send my bills. With all of my health issues, I would never have expected such treatment to be given to me in the event that I failed to pay my copayment. Additionally, I received a call from the billing department relaying the same message, but of course coworkers cover each other's bases. As much as it makes me sad, I will be leaving this practice.
