However, I just couldn't find the right place. When I contacted All Island Massage a woman named Laureen got back to me quickly to set up a time and arrange what services I would be having done. She was very professional and I thought her prices were reasonable! I went on a Thursday after 3. Laureen met me when I first came in and brought me right to the massage room. I received the one hour body massage and European facial plus a wax. She did a very good job and was so nice. I felt very comfortable at the establishment. The massage location is a chiropractic office so when you drive there this is what you should look for. I will definitely be going back!

We called in advance the first time and they were able to take two of us within 10 minutes. The second time when there were 3 of us, they were able to take us within 45 minutes. They do basic "bodywork" massages for $45 an hour, plus card fees, which is a very good price. They charge $2.33 extra per massage for using a credit card. What I didn't like is that it can be a hit or miss. One therapist did a very light massage (not getting out knots) and even answered phone calls during my massage. She also started later and ended earlier than others who started earlier than me. They also default to hot stones, so you have to tell them in advance you don't want it. We forgot to do it for our second massage and it was done, but it was like less than a minute. The rooms are separated only by curtains as well. Overall, the price point is good, but the service and the therapist can be random and unpredictable. It seems like some folks who call seem to know who is best and will call in advance to book their session with certain folks.

The place does not have a good smell and frequently the staff talks among themselves or hand the phone to each other while you were being massaged. It would take just a little bit of effort for this to be a first rate experience. As I said earlier the staff provides an excellent foot massage for a good price. Music, essential oil's and quiet will really make this business grow

I swear that he has NEVER had a massage in his life and he doesn't speak a word of English. I generally like a firm pressure massage. However this guy was trying to crush me. He spent the first 10 minutes pressing down on the sides of my spine like he was trying to crack my back and then with all his weight pressed down for 15 seconds or so. I couldn't breathe and told him more than once it was too much pressure. He then moved on and was massaging my back and kept pinching me - I yelled OUCH several times. I never sat through a massage thinking - when will this be over- should I stop???? I just kept hoping that it would get better. He did an OK job with the hot stones but honestly I could do without that part generally - its hot and it is just rubbing against my skin.... but hey - it didn't hurt. Oh he kept burping the whole time too... (I think he was fighting back a cough - yuck) when he finished my back or legs he was punching me - not patting me - punching... I had to wave him off several times.... Finally when I rolled over he was doing an OK job on my face and then proceeded to violate my ears.... Just kept jamming his finger in I yelled STOP..... I have been to all levels of massage places from foot spas to high end spas. I do have different (lower) expectations of this but wanted one that day and no where higher end had anyone available so I took the risk.... well it was a major FAIL.... The only reason for 2 stars is my husband went also - he had a woman - name also unknown. She was fine. nothing exceptional - but what you expect for a $30 (plus $15 tip) massage. We wont be going back there!
