Margaret (the owner), made us a beautiful and thoughtful arrangement at a moment's notice (mind you, my mother and I literally walked-in off the street having never met her previously). Fast forward, not even 2 weeks later, and my beloved Grandmother passed away. Margaret was given complete control to produce 8 arrangements for my Father and his siblings that literally brought us all to tears! This florist is simply NOTHING short of PHENOMENAL. Margaret's character, attention to detail and love for her craft can be seen in every arrangement that she prepared for us. Do other florists exist in the area, I'm sure they do, but I can assure you she puts her heart and soul into each arrangement as if it is for herself. Margaret (and team), thank you all for the wonderful work you did for my family during this tough time. The cashier directed me to the outdoor space, but I could not find what I was looking for and there was no one around working the outdoor nursery. I went back inside and had to search for an employee. She just finished helping another customer, but she walked with me outside. We were unable to find the elderberry shrub. She was uncertain that they had any left, but I mentioned online they are in stock. We went back inside. She went to a cash register and found that they had five in stock, but she had no idea where they were so she called a different employee. He met me outside and walked me directly to what I was looking for. Well, I appreciate her help. There has to be a better way to find a product more quickly. I appreciate that they were well stopped with what I was looking for in addition to many other plants. I would return if I saw that they had something in stock that I was looking for, but I think I will go directly to a cashier and have them verify exactly where it could be found in the store in order to save time.

I picked them because of the close proximity to the recipient and to try someplace new. I have not been totally happy with the past places I've been using. They will now be my #1 for all my local deliveries. The arrangement was even lovelier than the picture/option chosen. Rose herself handled it and said it would be lovely: IT WAS! This was for a birthday. Same day delivery, late in the afternoon. I chose the "premium" option (largest with the most flowers) and I was worried there wouldn't be a lot. My experience has been that most times, the arrangement doesn't resemble what was ordered, and typically not the amount of flowers as shown in the picture. However, Rose assured me she had the flowers from the picture and then some. This was a most beautiful arrangement. Rose put a lot of love into that arrangement. The birthday girl was so happy and impressed with them. They arrived at the right time and they were just beautiful. Very fresh and smelled great. It's only been a week, but I've been recommending them to everyone! Thank you so much Rose.
