    Snacks and latte
    Alejandra D.

Not the best lounge we've been to. It was a bit difficult to find. The location seemed like an after thought bc it's out super far. They didn't have any hot food or hearty meals like most airport lounges so that was disappointing. Just snacks. Sweet and savory. Variety of sodas. And a coffee machine that could make lattes, cappuccinos, etc. We were there about 6am so I was in need of a coffee. They had only 1 operating all-gender restroom at the time so the line was long. The 2nd was out of order. They have showers but I did not check them out. The decor seemed like it was trying to go for a 70s look. But the ambiance felt like an abandoned low budget office space. Considering a small latte is about 6 euros in France w.no refills, I got 2 lattes at this lounge.

I stopped here when my flight was delayed at CDG, so I had time to check out the Yotel Lounge through Priority Pass. As others have mentioned, this is pre-security and it is kind of a long walk and not convenient. Upon arrival, I was told that non-alcoholic drinks were included, as well as 2 beers or 1 wine each (it was 8am, so I didn't indulge in this), and then 6 snacks. You had to order snacks from the check in desk. Basically, there were options for candy, nuts, and chips and they were brought out from the back when ordered. I chose candy to bring home for my husband and son. There was not any actual substantial food. If you have time to spare, this isn't a bad spot to grab a beverage and some snacks, but it isn't worth going out of your way.

So this lounge is a hotel and a priority lounge all in one. Although there is no hot food served here they do have tons of snacks and cold drinks! EU snacks !! Candies cookies gummies There is also air condition here and Wi-Fi The only problem is if your coming from terminal 2F you have to to go 2E and go thru the process again when you board your flight in 2F terminal. And to find the lounge in 2E it's like tucked away in a corner. The service was good and decent I had no issues checking inn and relaxing under the AC while I'm waiting for my flight . Truth be told even if there wasn't any food or snacks provided I'm just happy I get the personal square footage to breathe and relax .

    Euro snacks!

I have to take advantage of my priority pass every chance I get to make up for lost time during the pandemic. We had an hour layover in CDG going to our destination and a 20 hour layover back. Both times, we hit up Yotel for a quick minute. The reception is very quick to set expectations: no food, just snacks. Everything is free, you just let help yourself even if there's a price on it. There is a limit to 2 beers, and you get 5 snack items per person (you do need to order them all at once). The first girl on our first trip to help us was so sweet, she wanted to make sure we maxed out our allotment and kept asking what else we wanted. I wanted everything I can't get back in the US! The second time, I made it easy and got 10 Lion bars to go. I asked if I could take my snacks to go first and they replied "of course, Madam!" Wifi, showers and a restroom also available. Yotel is located in the 2E terminal at Gate L all the way at the end, so allow extra time to get to your gate as well as going through security again.

The lounge is very disappointing compared to the other ones offered access by Priority Pass. There is no healthy food, just a bunch of crackers and soda. Its area is very small, not enough space to be both comfortable and accommodating. The TVs were not on and the place was just poorly managed. On top of that, it was a trek to get here! Down a long hall way, where no signs pointed after taking the elevator to the 2nd floor. No, it's not worth coming back unless updated extensively!

Here is all of the food

Probably the worst lounge I've ever been to. I don't even know if you can call it a lounge. It's located in Terminal 2E Gate L, so if you are at Gate K or M, you will need to take a shuttle. But honestly, it's not even worth taking a shuttle to. The only drinks they have are water, coffee, and tea. The only food they have are canned olives, potato chips, and granola bars. SERIOUSLY? It's not even worth the effort to trek there. You're better off just waiting at your gate.

One of the worst lounges I've been at. Far and there's no food. Crowded and disgusting bathroom.

Horrible experience. Not worth the walk. Restrooms were closed due to backup and smelled the side by them up.

No hot food, mainly just cold drinks and snacks. Decent but not worth it for a 1 or 2 hour layover.

Please note: this is not a full MaisOui Le Frenchy detailed review. I did not come to the Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle to be charmed. I came because my flight departs at an hour that would offend any self-respecting Frenchman, and the alternative -- a taxi through the périphérique at 4h30 -- is a form of suffering I reserve for my enemies. What I found, I will reluctantly admit, was adequate. More than adequate, which is its own kind of surprise. The room is generous. A proper bed -- not the narrow apology for a mattress one finds in lesser airport hotels -- a desk large enough to actually work at, and the rare luxury of both a shower and a bath. At first glance, the room presented itself as clean. I did not look closely. That inspection, I reserve for another occasion. I am a critic, not an auditor. The bar and restaurant are present and respectable. The staff at the front desk were courteous without being theatrical about it. The bellman was helpful without requiring direction. This is rarer than it should be. But the true distinction of this hotel -- and I say this as someone who finds airport hotels philosophically depressing -- is that it sits inside the terminal. You do not leave the hotel and face the indignity of shuttles, signage, or the open sky at an hour when no sky should be witnessed. You leave the hotel and you are, simply, already there. For an early departure, this is not a convenience. It is a mercy. Five stars -- for what it is. An airport hotel that does its job with unexpected dignity. I will note, for the record, that this rating reflects a brief stay and not a full MaisOui Le Frenchy detailed review. The stars, like my opinions, are subject to revision.

The staff were friendly and the room was nice. What's more is that it was quiet (I was amazed!) and we actually got a good night's sleep before our flight home. We didn't try any of the restaurants, but if we needed a meal, food is available in the hotel restaurant .

I was a bit confused because I've never heard of this in all my travels, even in Europe, so I asked them to repeat what they said. The person raised his voice at me. As a suggestion for training your staff that interact with clients, when a guest calls at past midnight for something as simple as lotion, you can provide it as a courtesy and tell them as a note that it is only available for certain room types. That may be an incentive for me to book a superior room on my next visit. This is my second stay at this particular hotel and the last time they did not have shower caps. They seem to have an issue with providing basic amenities that are expected of 4 star properties. I did not have this issue with the Pullman in London. I will definitely follow up with Accor because what I experienced tonight is unacceptable.
