My wife had flowers delivered for her birthday from friends from out of town. The flowers came from their Hollywood shop location. They were some of the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. She was unable to get them, because we weren't home, so they sat outside all night and in the hot Florida weather, they surprisingly were all still beautiful the next day. The flowers were indeed delivered on time and looked beautiful on the day of delivery BUT the next day they started to get brown around the edges and the following day started to wilt! My husband attempted to get in touch with the florist as well as AVA flowers and communication was horrible. My husband finally was able to get in touch with the florist and we were instructed to send photos which we did and no response and finally he responded saying he did not receive the images and I sent a snap shit showing they were indeed delivered! Awful experience! They charge a ridiculous amount of money for what they offer. You can get better flowers at Publix. It was my anniversary gift. My husband paid more than $100 total, $79 for the flowers and the rest for a card and video. The video stopped all the time. I couldn't understand what he was saying. Terrible. Cost me $115 on Avas flowers, was supposed to have an orange colored vase and sunflowers. I paid for the upgraded amount of flowers and was expecting a large bouquet. Instead I was delivered this abomination that looks like a $5 bouquet from Publix. It's so bad, and embarassing, I wouldn't even show it to my wife. The flowers were ordered through AA Advantage for FF miles. I chose the Deluxe size and the arrangement looked like the smallest one. It was of poor quality and was very disappointing. I called and was dismissed by the employee. I requested to speak with the owner or manager and no call was returned. I left 2 more messages and an email with photos of the website and actual flowers delivered and no call was returned. They do NOT value customer feedback. I filed a formal complaint with FTD. I ordered flowers over mother's day weekend and was very unimpressed with what was delivered. I paid for the sweet cream deluxe and received a completely different color scheme than what was advertised. I am also pretty positive we received the standard size. The picture advertised is standard and what was delivered seems even smaller and completely different. It was missing flowers like the ranunculus, the lambs ear, and lavender. We received a bouquet that white roses with pink dye vs actual pink roses. We had bright purple I think statice vs lavender. also there is a ton of greenery which isn't pictured at all in the advertisement?! The entire thing is just not what we wanted. Upon contacting them they had me text a number which is understandable because it was a busy weekend but since then they have gone silent. When he called them they said they couldn't deliver them that day, they would be delivered the next day. He said he didn't want them if they wouldn't be delivered on valentines. I am shocked to read this florist has such good reviews. SHOCKED. Granted the purchaser ordered through one of those large flower companies (which I HATE, I prefer local) and they sourced it to this florist - this florist is responsible for how everything is handled after they receive the order sooo:::: Its my birthday. I'm sitting at work minding my business. Then my work phone rings and the caller asks for the name of the purchaser. Me: "Excuse me?" Confused about why this combination of things is happening. Caller: Asking for the boyfriend again. Me: "This is not him, can I help you?" After a longgggggggg somewhat semblance of a conversation followed and from which I have yet to determine if they were trying to reach him, the purchaser, or me, the recipient..... but I digress. The caller then tells me that they have a flower delivery for me. Me: "Ok.... are you here?" Them: "What where? I am just calling to tell you we will deliver your flowers today. How late will you be there?". WTF ARE. YOU. SERIOUS. I imagine you cannot be surprised to hear that this delivery was supposed to be a SURPRISE?! Shocker no more. Apparently this delivery was also supposed to be before noon (which costs extra). Now I have to wait around for my surprise flower delivery that is no longer a surprise. When they arrive promptly at 3:42 PM.... No hello, no how are you, this is the first exchange: Delivery guy: "I owe you Chocolates" Me: "What?" Delivery guy: "There are supposed to be chocolates so, I'm sorry, I will have to bring them tomorrow. What time are you here tomorrow?" Me: "Um... I mean that's ok.... I will be here at 9 AM" I am POSITIVE he wanted to know HOW LATE he could arrive tomorrow so I'm sure he meant to ask from when to when will you be here tomorrow but I am happy he did not continue as this entire transaction was already so disappointing. FINAL WORD: I send the pic of the flowers the the purchaser and his reply is "WTF" because the "bouquet" that arrived was not at all what he expected and was about 1/3 the size of what he ordered. Typical.... When I mentioned the chocolates ... well that didn't go over so well either. Neither did the information regarding the pre-call I received. Jesus! Get it together. So any who.... the purchaser contacted the large flower service company and got a partial refund and I do not expect to see chocolates tomorrow.... I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. The man I spoke to stated that the flowers would arrive at the funeral home before the viewing which started at 11am. The flowers never arrived at the funeral home which is very close to the florist (the reason I chose them.) The cost was $170.00 and it was very embarrassing that my family was not represented at the funeral. This company fulfilled an order from Avas Flowers, which gave the impression that they were in Key Largo, FL (or atleast the area near by)....they are not and neither is Yosvi. My wife order flowers for her Mother's birthday. The flowers arrived a day late. Luckily my wife's mother was still in the Keys for one more day. When Avas was contacted about the issue, their explanation was that "they just couldn't get to it" (which is super lame). If you can't get to it then don't take the order. I ordered flowers for my granddaughter for her kindergarten graduation. It was through proflowers. It was a beautiful arrangement I was so excited for her to receive it. I ordered 4 days in advance plenty of time for a timely delivery and a beautiful arrangement. She waited all day for a knock on the door. At 3 pm I called to see when they would be delivered. No answer. They were finally delivered at 7:45 pm. After her bed time. And they were not the flowers I ordered and paid 65.00 for. I literally just finished dealing with Yosvi Flowers today and I'm so impressed I had to immediately leave a review. I live in California and wanted to send my mom in Miami some flowers for her birthday today (I know, I should have planned better, but the date just snuck up on me.) I searched online and saw that Yosvi Flowers was in my mom's neighborhood and had good reviews, so I quickly called them up. I probably called at about 5:00 PM Miami time. I didn't really expect anyone to be able to accommodate a same-day delivery request, but I thought I would at least just ask. To my surprise and delight, Yosvi Flowers said they could do it. They were so friendly and helpful and were able to put together an amazing flower arrangement with a dozen different-colored roses, a cute "Happy Birthday" sign, and a sweet card. AND they were able to deliver it TODAY, literally within an hour. My mom just called me at 6:00 PM Miami time in tears she was so surprised and happy. She couldn't stop raving over how beautiful and fresh the arrangement is. She also commented on how kind and friendly the young man who delivered the bouquet was.
