Absolutely disappointing. We paid over $6k in flowers. The arrangements were small, my bridal bouquet was falling apart as I was walking down the isle, it was underwhelming and small, we paid extra to make the arrangements large and beautiful. Didn't happen. And now we realize that some of the flowers were freaking FAKE. We took flowers home and some died but some remained, I get curious enough to cut into a stem and I found a damn wire. 6 thousand dollars and we have fake flowers.... I don't even know what to do with that information. On top of the fact that the arrangements were disappointing at the venue they were fake. Don't give this woman your business. Save yourself money. BUYER BEWARE! I WOULD GIVE THIS LADY 0 STARS IF I COULD! My estimate for florals at my wedding was over $6,000 which was okay with us because we THOUGHT that the flowers will be large and full and in accordance with photos that we sent her. Typical bait and switch situation here. When you sign up she states that your arrangements will be large and full of flowers including cascade effect etc. Due to my concern with past reviews of FAKE FLOWERS, we specifically mentioned to her that we do not want FAKE FLOWERS and also sent her pictures of what we wanted our flowers to look like. She assured us that we would have fresh flowers and full arrangements. LIES!!!!! After several attempts to arrange for a table sample - when we got there we were surprisingly underwhelmed (she quoted us $200 per large centerpiece). First, she only provided a sample of one out of the four looks that we had for our wedding. Second, the centerpiece, vase, and candles were nothing like the photo we showed her - they were all dated and scratched. Third, when we went to touch the flowers she exclaimed "no no no those are are fake!" and stated that on the wedding day they would be real. (YEAH RIGHT!) When was she going to tell us that these flowers were fake?????? We are now three weeks away from our wedding day and have decided to find a new florist and she will not refund us our 50% Deposit. I used them for my wedding a couple of years ago and the centerpieces and bouquets they created for me were absolutely beautiful and were beyond my expectations. I simply told them what I wanted from the type of flowers to the colors and they delivered 200%. The owner is so nice and she does everything to accommodate and make sure you are happy.
