Ordering was simple, we received an email confirmation of the delivery, and she received the beautiful bouquet without a hitch. While the flower arrangement had really only a passing likeness to what we ordered (different box, mostly different flowers) it was beautiful. The white, pink, and orange flowers were gorgeous.
