Placed my order online. I went to pickup my order a meal for myself and a kids meal. The order was taped down, but I'm not leaving without having to check what's in the bag. Sure enough the kids meal drink and cookie were missing. I got the drink but no cookie... I asked do you not substitute? there reply it's the same price without the cookie . What! I don't care it came with the meal? They didn't do anything to make the situation any better. They could have at least had told me to come another day and then had given me the cookie . I hate to do this because we used to love coming here but wow.....1st we go thru the drive thru and my bf gives the order...then we get....can you repeat yourself i can't hear you. So he repeats himself and yet again they can't hear him. He used his outside voice so he wasn't whispering and he's a big guy at that. So I give the order from the passenger seat and she hears me but then asks if I wanted 2 when I ordered 3 so had to repeat again. We get to the window it takes her a cool minute to open the window, when she does whoever is making the orders asks her how many to which she has to look and says um... 3. I usually really love Yoshinoya. I live in Orange County but since this location was closer to my job, I decided to make a stop here for my break. When I drove up to the window I was greeted with attitude by the girl behind the window. She had given me a dirty look. Taken aback, I decided to hurry and order my food. I don't know why I do this to myself... I was craving Yoshinoya so I decided to stop by. Bad decision. They had a couple new menu items like noodles, gyoza, and cookies! Decided to try to gyoza and cookies with my meal. The gyoza (got the 10 piece - another mistake by my hungry self), was hard. So hard that I could only bite the center. The cookie was very underwhelming. They just threw it in the bag in its original factory packaging. My fault for thinking it was going to atleast look like a baked cookie like the ones you get from Mcdonalds. But, they are super cheap at 2 for $1. Well they usually pack the rice and this time this seemed half assed. Also, they gave and charged me for the wrong order. This place is unsanitary, and the employees are liars. I came for one thing alone, a clam chowder. I had clam chowder just the other day and it was delicious but this was a different location. They gave me old clam chowder and tried saying it wasn't old, the container itself was filthy and looked like it had old teriyaki sauce on it , it was hard, I decided to try it anyways and it was almost transparent and like pudding. The flavor was not there at all. So I decided to bring it back and they told me that it was the new recipe and that they don't give old food there. I wish I could give this place 0 STARS but Yelp doesn't allow us too. The cashier Jackline was extremely rude to me. She handed me my order without the sauces I asked for and just closed the drive thru window on me. I stayed waiting for a good 3-4 minutes for her to open the window so I could ask her for the sauces and she didn't even let me finish speaking before telling "we don't have any". She was extremely unprofessional and just plain rude. I work at a fast food restaurant and I haven't never treated customers like this and especially not during rush hour.
