This is a great little sushi / poki bowl place for lunch. It's located in the food court. There's lots of parking, though the lunch hour rush might make it difficult. The cashier and the employees were very nice. You can get 3 scoops of protein for only $9.49. keep in mind, they are little scoops but the price is great and the quality of the ingredients are fresh. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit here. The food was delicious, the customer service was good, the scoops, though they are small, they hook you up with the rice and salad. Avoid at all cost!!!!! This is the only place I know that does not want money. They're probably doing some kind of other things where they don't need money. They serve chicken. They have on the menu, generic sushi rolls. They refused to make one with chicken instead of seafood. I am allergic to shrimp and crab, etc, but I enjoy Chicken with cucumber and avocado that I have had at other places. Unfortunately, since this place is next to my job, this is what I'm stuck with. The staff there was very nice and very helpful BUT the POKÍ bowl was not the best. You get a good amount for what you pay but personally it just didn't taste fresh overall. The new young guy is absolutely rude to his customers! I asked for another sauce and I even offered to pay for it and he still denied me. I'd like to give this spot a 2.5 stars but because it's Friday Junior, I'll give it 3. Today is the fourth time I've had Poki & Roll. The first time, I had the poki bowl. It was surprising delicious considering it was my first time making a bowl. Shout out to the worker helping me decide to put. You get rice, salad, meat, and a bunch of toppings. Oh and dressing. Second time I went, I decided to try the rolls. Each roll comes with a small salad and miso soup. I didn't know that when I ordered two rolls so I got two miso soups and two salads. I believed I got the Monster roll and the Red dragon-- gross and okay. Red dragon has to be their best roll on the menu. Monster is just a monster. I also got the stuff jalapeños. There is tuna in it- it can be overwhelming to the appetizer though. Third time, I had their chicken ramen, recommended by someone who looks to be the manager. I have to say that has to be the worst. Maybe "worst" is an exaggeration. If you like bowl noodles that you get at the grocery market, then you'll love this- it's just less oily and with chicken. I mean, I like bowl noodles but I can pay for a box for $20 versus $6 for chicken ramen here. Finally, I tried the Golden Tiger. Winner winner- this one is the most disgusting. It's supposed to be fried but is extremely soft. & The gyoza is okay. Just disappointing. I think I learned my lesson. I change my mind, I'm changing it to a 2 stars. I've come to Poki & Roll sushi quite a few times for lunch--it's a little less than a 10 minute walk from my work, and a quick 1-2 min drive. I absolutely love poke--so when I come here I usually get the poke "bowl". What I really like about this place is the bang for your buck. It's a pretty good deal for the amount of poke that you get, and they do include toppings that are considered premium ingredients at other places, such as avocado. There are a few caveats though, such as the long line, and they do vary on the amount of poke that they scoop you. But for a healthy lunch at 8.95 a bowl, I can't really complain. If you're in a rush, make sure to order online using the Yelp app. Overall I'm happy to have a decent poke option within walking distance from my work. This is by far my favorite Poke place. The serving size is generous for the pricing. The fish and all the ingredients are fresh. I also like the variety of options they have. More than anything, though, is their outstanding customer service. They are patient, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very helpful. Their customer service alone is a big plus! 2 stars seems low, but it accurately reflects how I feel about this place, "meh, I've experienced better." I'm not saying that the sushi and poki are horrible, but it is strip mall food court sushi, so..... expectations shouldn't be too high. This is near my work, so I frequent the food court about once a month. I've tried both the sushi and poki here before and here is my opinion: Poke Bowl - the portions are a little small. Come early for lunch or they will run out of brown rice. The fish and scallops seem moist & fresh (no stomach aches yet), but the shrimp is on the dry side. The sauce options are boring. I've tried them all to find a favorite and I can't say any are that amazing. Maybe the "mild" option, with sesame oil, soy sauce, and ponzu. All the other options are sriracha plain, sriracha mixed with mayonnaise, or mixed w/ teriyaki sauce. Sushi: The rolls are ok. Not the cheapest for the quality. My shrimp was on the dry side like I had mentioned for the poki. The rolls are very basic like California Rolls with fish or whatever options on top. The employees are nice and efficient and there is available parking in the lot. I like this place out of convenience, but most likely would not come here if I had to drive more than 5 minutes. read more

Called Poki & Roll and Hellen was trying to tell me that it must be exposed to hot temperature for too long. Wow if five minutes from restaurant to office is too long than better not to order sushi at all. After phone call went back to restaurant and again Hellen was trying to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my sushi and I might be colorblind. Six people in my office saw the salmon and everyone agree that is not eatable and nasty. No apology from Hellen and all she wanted do is to get rid of me so other customers wouldn't see this nasty food. Very disappointed as I was regular customer of this place. My coworker called it in and asked for 2 scoops of Crab meat and 2 scoops of Avocado. After she returned with the food, my bowl has NO AVOCADO and this taste like a salad that cost me $10. Ordered from this place cuz I love Japanese food and waited over an hour. I called the place to see what happened and they told me the driver had not picked up the food yet. So I asked how long the order had been ready for and they said 20 mins. So if I hadn't called they would have waited for god knows how long. Are they too dumb to realize that they get the bad reviews and not the driver? As soon as the food is ready make sure that it gets on its way to the customer and not let it sit there getting old. Damn. Been trying to find a good poke place near my job so I tried this place out today ordering from Door Dash. The delivery was super easy and the driver called when dropping off. Food, on the other hand, was not good. The first sign was the fact that my food was hot. I understand the rice in poke being a bit warm but this was way warmer than usual. To my surprise, the entire poke was just rice. Sides were a reasonable portion with toppings pretty much just thrown in.
