I love Yoshi! They always accommodate and it saves me tons of time to have my Jeep file dup at the office. One less thing to think about!

Horrible horrible horrible. Never will go here again. Went in for routine oil change left needing a…read morenew battery. And guess who the blame was put on????!! ME!!!! We love that right? Apparently when they first tested my battery it was bad...but no one told me that. Was given a whole list of recommendations and not once verbally or written was my battery being bad mentioned. Checked my invoice and what do u know it tested fine (pic below)! I went to leave and my car wouldn't start, they retested my battery and it came back bad (no shit lol). Tried to sell me on getting the battery replaced there, absolutely not. So here I am with a dead battery currently being replaced by triple a. You guys absolutely suck and I will never return. Yours truly, A loyal customer who never had issues in the PA/NJ region

Went in for a transmission flush, they didn't bolt my skid plate back on correctly. The next time I…read moregot on the road the plate fell off while I was on the interstate, leaving me stranded on I-40. It's never fallen off before or since, and the dealership said it was because the bolts weren't screwed in correctly. I filed a claim and after 3 weeks, the service center has called me back once while I was unavailable, and has otherwise been unreachable and unresponsive. Today, I found out that they'd denied my claim because they "reviewed the footage and it was installed correctly", despite pictures showing the pan having fallen off. My tow and repair cost me over $350 for this failed service, and I still have not gotten a refund for the service itself. Don't come to Valvoline--try a local spot like Polly's instead for people who actually know how bolts work!

The yellow engine warning light appeared on my 2011 BMW 528i in early January 2025. EuroFix…read morediagnostics claimed it needed an R&R MAP THERMOSTAT ASSEMBLY that would cost $980. Also, unrelated, a battery replacement for $470. Additionally, evidently, my car was leaking oil on top and below. News to me as I never saw any oil stains on my driveway. $4,360 for that repair (the undercarriage leak required 13 hours of labor). Top it off with brake fluid flush, engine air filter and cabin air filter, total estimate was just over $6,400. I opted to get only the oil changed for $150. In early March, a half dozen different warnings consistently appeared on the driver screen and the front left headlight did not work. I took it to EuroFix and was informed that it needed HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLIES for $8,300. Also, FRONT BRAKES for $790. They maintained that my battery needed to be changed as it wasn't charging. Finally, SOD PROGRAMMING for $250. All in, an additional $9,340. I opted out as I wouldn't be able to sell my car for more than $6K with no issues. I was pulled over twice for the headlight being out so called EuroFix to see if there was a way to replace the bulb. Once there, I was told that I had a healthy battery (I kid you not), and the entire headlight assembly needed to be replaced. He said that condensation in the front headlight well was leaking into the modules causing all of the electrical issues. I took my car to a reputable battery store, and they tested mine. Less than 5% power, so I guess EuroFix was originally correct on that (but for some reason said it was now healthy). I paid $150 for the battery as opposed to the $470 EuroFix was going to charge. More details involved, but I used YouTube. I used a hairdryer to get rid of the condensation. The engine light hasn't reappeared, and the other 6 warning signals slowly stopped. I purchased a headlight bulb, removed my front tire and was able to access the broken bulb through a portal after removing the round cap under the wheel well flap. a half hour later, the headlight worked and still works. Car runs great! I think EuroFix is good for those folks who have newer models that still have a high value. I realize that EuroFix must adhere to strict BMW specs and protocol. In my case, my car was fully paid for back in 2013. Two lessons I learned. Never buy a BMW again and use aftermarket channels to fix any issues that arise. EuroFix's prices are outrageously high.

I've done the "sign up today, use it all month, just cancel before x date if you don't want it anymore" several times. There's always a high-pressure sales person at the kiosk to talk you into it. The one in Bellevue gets my car cleaner than the one on Thompson Lane. After running my car through 3 TIMES I still had a mud splash down the front passenger door of my car. It took a 4th wash at the Bellevue location to get it off. I sent an email to alert them when I canceled. I was never acknowledged. I canceled way before the cancelation date. Then I find a charge for $40 on my account a couple of weeks later. I called the customer service line and the woman was SO rude. She told me that they had 2 accounts for my car, and only one was canceled. Apparently their locations do not work together. 2 read the license plate, 2 use the barcode (which, they never ask permission before applying it to the inside of your windshield , nor do they warn you). I was NEVER told in the handfuls of times of using these car washes that it would create separate accounts for the same car. There's always a new person at the kiosks, so there must be a lot of turnover. The customer service representative refused to refund me, despite proof that I had canceled the only account I thought that I had several weeks early. She told me she was SURE that I was told these locations don't work on the same account. Really? You were there and overheard the conversations where they just said "The reader wasn't able to read your barcode/license plate..." and then they'd scan their own card and let me through? Horrific customer service. Horrific. They haven't responded to any of my emails. I've disputed the charge with my bank. I will never ever use this business again. I should tell them I want a refund for the month where the Thompson Lane location didn't even get my car clean after running it through 3 times. Just don't waste your time and money.
