I got hungry and asked for a place to walk to, to get food. The intake person, brought me 1/2 of his own sandwich, chips and yogurt as well as a comfy chair to sit outside and eat. Upon completion every person exceeded ALL my expectations toward a customer they'd probably never see again. I'm 74 and have been driving 58 years. SO, INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A LINE OF CRAP THEY suggested that I go to their competition (Import Specialists, LLC) who did have the specialized equipment OR to the Audi Dealer in Franklin, TN... They didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee! I will certainly bring all my business to Christian Brothers in the future for everything they can repair!
