The receptionist recommended another location to correct this problem because this location did not have the required tool to complete this. Anyway, she was more than helpful and offered to cover any costs which I may have incurred because of this. She was amazing in handling me as a customer and focused on ensuring I was satisfied. I called my dealership which wasn't far from my office and they didn't really care or made an effort to help me out. Made a call to these guys and Tim came down to my office (which was down the street) to help get me started. Followed him back to the store, replaced my battery and made sure everything else was good to go! They went above and beyond to help me out, and their prices are more than reasonable!
