Dr. Asifur Rahman was incredible. He helped me after my US vet sent the prescriptions to my home state pharmacy, patiently worked with my vet over the phone, and got my six-month order filled immediately despite juggling other customers. Trinh, the tech, was also great--she shared a story about her dog's illness, and we bonded over that.

I explained that on my phone, it states they are printing. This employee informed me that they had been busy with customers and would get to my items "whenever they had time to step away and do so." But, from a customer's perspective, managing to step away and tend to my order was the employee's job to do between the time that I placed my order and my estimated time of pick up. I found this response to reflect poor time management skills and an issue of understaffing. Conversely, another employee with dark hair asked me if there was anything he could do to help me, actually tending to my order despite the busy state of the store. Frustrating customer service experience.

Recently I ran into an issue where my name change caused my prescription not to be filled because it looked fraudulent. When I called the woman on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I sat on hold for 17 minutes before I could get someone to listen to me and stop placing me on hold. By then I was obviously annoyed and frustrated. I explained that half of my meds were filled under my maiden name and the other half were filled under my married name and the reason I had not changed it was because it has to be done in person and whenever I'm in the store there's a line of people and I don't want to contribute to the wait. Not only did it take less than two minutes to do but she acted like I was the problem for not doing it sooner.
