However, my experience with the staff, particularly Collette, was disappointing. After my exam, I worked with Collette to try on frames for my low prescription. I found a pair I liked but decided to hold off until I felt better and could return with a second opinion. Collette made a subtle remark under her breath about hoping the frames would still be there, which struck me as unnecessary. Two days later, she called to ask if I was coming back for the frames. When I explained that I was still deciding and had requested a copy of my prescription, her tone noticeably shifted. She sounded curt and dismissive, and told me getting my prescription wasn't her department, even though the front desk is only steps away. When I later called back for an update, she answered again and was just as dismissive. I didn't feel confident my request would be followed through, and asked to speak with someone else. Her response made it clear that helping me was a burden. Ultimately, I had to make a third contact and visit the office in person to get my prescription. Even then, it wasn't signed by the doctor, and no one, including Collette, acknowledged the confusion or offered an apology. I've worked in customer service and wouldn't speak to any customer the way I was spoken to. I expected more from an office with such strong reviews and designer branding. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional behavior I experienced, I won't be returning.

I'm a repeat LensCrafters customer, but I was unaware of their partnership with Macy's. I chose this particular location because they had a specific frame I wanted in stock. Appointment set up was consist with any stand alone LensCrafters, via the website. The optometrist was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The store clerk was equally friendly and informative. Since I'd been there before, the process was expedited. She even informed me that my initial frame choice didn't support prescription lens. I was quickly able to find a comparable frame. The only issue: the duration to complete my glasses was slightly longer than expected based on my experience with other LensCrafters. It took 9 business days. This isn't really an issue, if you're patient. The fame selection was also limited.

I never had "fun" picking out glasses before. He really knows his craft. My experience with Dr. Burch was excellent. I have a number of unusual issues that require me to also see a Retina Specialist. He worked so well with my team. Highly recommend!!
