Took them forever to make them once they collected my old screens and now this... I called, spoke with the sweet woman who answers the phone, and I was told they would contact me back after receiving my email and pictures and phone call, yet I got no reply despite several attempts to get someone back out to fix them! They seemed so wonderful with all the good reviews, but I had a terrible experience! I know thats not the end of the world, people make mistakes, but it goes a long way when a company will honor their product, but they won't. They have not been in my windows but a couple of months and every time there is a storm or large gust of wind, we have to climb the ladder to our 2nd story to put them back in! Avoid!! You have been warned. I am filing a BBB claim at this point. Super frustrating...over 1.5k for a ill fitting item!

When I walked in the office, the lady at the counter said, "I haven't seen one of those in years!" I asked her if she thought mine could be repaired. She went into the work area and asked a young man if he could come out and take a look. He did and suggested a large spline be used to refasten the sun screen material. Took him all of five minutes to fix the screen and said there was no charge since it was for my church. When is the last time that has happened?? Overall a very nice encounter with folks who want to help and know their stuff. I told them I'd be bringing my screens in for repair in the not too distant future. Nice folks and eager to assist!!

While I was out of town, he completed the work. However, instead of installing all five ceiling fans as agreed, he only installed four. He also charged more for the chandelier installation than the amount we had discussed. After reviewing the invoice, I asked my husband why the price was higher. That's when we realized the fifth fan had never been installed. My husband contacted Zack about returning to complete the job, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, he received a rude and disrespectful response. I also reached out myself and never received a reply. To make matters worse, one of the decorative pieces from the chandelier installation has already fallen, and despite multiple attempts to contact him, we have received no response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zack. Failing to complete the agreed-upon work, charging more than expected, and then refusing to respond when issues arise is unacceptable. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and stands behind their work, I would encourage you to consider other options.

Throughout the six week process of picking out materials, ordering them, and install, Gerald (manager) and Jimmy (owner) were fantastic! In fact, they were so hands on, that the owner even did the majority of install himself. But what really stuck out to us, was when they ran into more damage to the subfloor than anticipated, they did not take that as an opportunity to charge us more, and instead stuck to the original estimate, despite the extra labor. They also were flexible and happily agreed to a few minor cosmetic changes that I suggested during install. The project was done perfectly, and exactly on time. We will definitely use them again for our next project!

She was notified that the work was complete but when she arrived to look at it, there was building scraps and trash everywhere incluiding pieces of cut trim, stove wrapping, tools, etc. There was dirt everywhere and none of the new counters had even been wiped. They had failed to obtain the proper electrical permits to do the work. I paid $1600.00 for a custom built storage island which appeared to be pre-manufactured made from particle board --certainly not a custom built piece. They failed to install quarter round on the newly tiled floor leaving a visbable gap between the tiles and the baseboards. They installed a shelving unit but the wood did not quite fit to cover the area. When she asked habout this, she was told that they used scrap wood and that was all he had. When she notified Jim of her concerns, he cursed her and my brother out and said he was finished. She contracted with Jim in Match of 2017. He was contacted and requested to complete and finalize the job. She has not heard anything from him since May 2017. The work remains incomplete as of July 2017. I absolutely do NOT recommend using this company for any renovation or work. My mother was looking forward to moving back into her home after being away for several years. She is still unable to use the kitchen and move into her house. This company does not stand by their work; does not do a quality job; is not concerned with customer service or satisfaction.

In my case, I had a bad outlet and it requires active listening and some diagnostic work. When the technician came out two weeks after being assigned, he put his tester into the outlet and it appeared fine. He looked at the breaker box and said it appeared fine. We told him when we plug the vacuum in, it stops working. He didn't attempt to replicate the problem. He insisted the wiring must be to blame. He told my home warranty company everything worked perfectly. We contacted him less than 15 minutes after he left to let him know it wasn't working but got no answer or response. We contacted the company's phone number and after 15 minutes on an automated phone hold, we left a message. Still, no response. Finally, I hired another company. The technician diagnosed and repaired the issue in less than 10 minutes - replacing the faulty outlet.
