So good!!! I loved getting Korean cold noodles at yuchun but sometimes it would be a little too vinegar-y. This place is perfect for me!!! The broth is so refreshing and I love the cucumber and radish in it. So fresh!!! It's in the hmart so the atmosphere is like a food court. Service was also pretty standard. I would definitely come back!!!
I visited the new H Mart on Beach Blvd. to pick up some snacks, and decided to check out the brand new food court offerings. Yoo's Place had fast and friendly service in the bustling atmosphere of the busy food court, and the wait wasn't too long. I opted for the Seafood Soon Tofu soup and they give you the option to choose ramen instead of a side of rice. First, the little serving of banchan was adorable, including fish cake, cucumber, and kimchi. Second, the portion of ramen noodles is generous and they are cooked perfectly. Lastly, the broth, the tofu, and the seafood selection of the Seafood Soon Tofu soup are delicious, and just what I needed after a busy Saturday night. I put the ramen noodles in, and it was sweet perfection. Enjoy!
My first meal at H-Mart Westminster's food court is a memorable order from Yoo's Place. The food court has enough space between tables and has a decent walking area. After watching the first episode of 폭군의 셰프 (The Tyrant's Chef / Bon Appetit, Your Majesty), I was craving some bibimbap. Thankfully, Yoo's Place has Dolpan Bibimbap on the menu. I had it slightly customized by kindly requesting to not add gochujang and cucumbers. Instead, the lady offered to swap cucumbers with zucchini and I gladly accepted. It was slightly above $25, but it's worth the price. I was lent a beeper and my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. The dolsot was sizzling and was packed with a variety of ingredients and some banchan. As I sat at my table, I immediately mixed the rice so it won't be over toasted. After mixing, I grabbed a few bites and was immediately impressed with the quality (freshness of ingredients) and umami flavor. The lady checked in with her customers and asked me if things were okay. I politely said yes and told her it was really delightful. At the end of my meal, I kindly returned the tray and dolsot to their return rack at the stall. Let's patronize Yoo's Place for some authentic Dolpan Bibimbap and more!
Went to the market to browse and went to the food court. I ordered the beef hot stone pot and it was filling and very delicious, even had leftovers. I saw a lot of the workers at H-Mart order here so it's obvious it's good and it is. It's pricey but worth it cause it's delicious. You get a buzzer for notification of when your food is ready. The food is wrapped it nicely for take out orders. The females at the front are very nice and helpful. Hours of operation are 11 am - 830 pm.
Nestled inside of the H-Mart supermarket this counter serves some authentic Korean food. The portions are beautifully portioned and each dish is made to order. The service is excellent with the lady at the counter even offering to bring my bibimbap to my table. Each dish comes with a little banchan of kimchi, cucumber, bean sprout and tofu skin.
The food was fairly good. The waitress was not friendly nor rude. She spoke minimally & did not engage the customers. Food took a while to come out. I went up to ask for water & the waitress handed me two thin plastic cups & told me to get water from the water fountain. For the high prices of the food, they can step up the service and the source of water. Spending $50 for two orders of food court food seemed high. The music was too loud and gave me a headache. Not sure if I'd eat at this food hall again.
Wtf when did soondabu become $19? gone are the days in college ud be able to get a bowl for like $7, with allllll the banchan and big stone rice pot. Now its a 5 banchan, 1 egg, small rice, ONE napkin, k-tofu tray for basically $20. Much tears much tears. Begin with cracking the egg into the soup immediately. Its bubbling on pickup but the moment u drop the egg it stops, which kinda concerns me if its still hot enough to cook through. Other soondabu places ud drop the egg into and itd still be bubbling a while. Stir it up to disperse it. Wait a few min or youll burn your mouth. Normally im not with the super health trend peepo. So this whole purple rice thing id be like whatever about, id rather have a big pot of white fluffy rice. And the black grains freak me out they look like those long thin bugs. BUT.....it seems to taste quite well with the soup+tofu+meat. And it helps with cooling down the bubbling hot soup and tempers the spiciness. So i spoon the soondabu over the rice, the soup trickles down, and i scoop a blend, dip it in the soup and nom. Speaking of the spiciness as everyone has different tolerances. I can tolerate American Thai curry lvl medium, Pho unlimited Sriracha squeeze, Chinese chili crisp variable from 1 drop to 1 teaspoon. Soondabu medium would be my max tolerance and i will be sniffling nose running at 1 bite in. At mild, no sniffling, but also way less tasty. Just go medium and cleanse your sinus passages. A side note, and i did not believe this myself till i tried it to disprove my coworker, Coke sip after your mouth is spicy food burning, will clear the burn. How? i have no idea. Yes Coke has a "burn" of its own but when it passes through your mouth the spicy burn is like extinguished (mostly). And previously i was a Pepsi fan so initially said Pepsi would work better but no it doesnt elimiate the burn as well! Again! i don't understand how. Anyhoo im not paying $3 for a freaking can of coke thats a whole 12 pack when on sale. hmart is adjacent, run over grab a coke and bring over. I havent tested coke zero or the fake sugar ones so iono if its sugar related. Oh the banchan! I like to throw the kimchi into the soup, to add a crunch to my combo spoonful. The bean sprouts are kinda crunchy, not spicy or pickled, it kinda tastes sesameish to me, its refreshing after a spicy tofu bite. The Cucumber kimchi is 100% not spicy despite how red it looks, also very crunchy and refreshing. I think its bean curd strips? theyre sweet, again iono how to describe it but i deeply regret not trying them sooner in my life. I guess places make it different so i like em here, never liked em at other places before. the Chive pancake....ok one time it was crispy and it was GOOD. all other times it was soggy and very meh. Even if u do minimal rice to tofu meat ratio, you will run out of rice way before you run out of tofusoup. Now you can spoon the tofu soup atraight to ur mouth. without the rice the spicyness wont be muddled so be careful, have napkins ready. If the rice were refillable, would double my appreciation. Ambiance is in a food hall, entrance is after the checkout area which makes 0 sense to me. So you have to go through the front into the grocery section, wind all the way around, squeeze by the cashier lines without any purchase to get to the food hall. Youd think theyd let the exit doors open from the outside for fooders not planning to shop first, but no it wont open from outside so you either stand there looking awkward or you walk around to the front and around the middle to the cashiers back to the exit and forward to the food hall. Seriously the weirdest decision placement cuz they must expect you to shop first, and u have to leave ur cart in this semi roped area pre-food hall so your frozen and refrigerated items are warming to room temp while u order food to sit down and eat? Not to mention your cart will be unattended, anyone walking to the food hall could just help themselves to a loaded & paid cart, while youre deep in the hall buying dinner. Makes more sense to eat first, then go grocery shopping right? Parking is massive shared with a horde of other stores. Hmart is basically where Pavilions expired at.
Inside HMart's food court. Found this Korean cuisine. Got the seafood noodle soup. Well seasoned and came with all condiments. Noodle is al dente. Staff is friendly. Casual dining with lots of tables. Huge parking. HMart food court has more options to choose from. Will be back to try them all.
Got to try Yoo's place in H Mart and it was some of the best Korean spots hands down! Their beef short rib and spicy cold noodles were so good. Their sides were also really delicious. Definitely a must try!
Located inside the new Hmart food court in Westminster! I chose this place out of the many other options because they had a variety of cold noodles dishes. I chose the spicy cold noodles with raw fish. The portions were very generous and the noodles were super flavorful! The dish also comes with some banchan on the side! I liked their kimchi which was nice and spicy! They have a huge menu here so there's definitely something to satisfy those Korean food cravings!
Congratulations Yoo's Westminster!!! Some of the best Korean food in So Cal!!! Soups, stews, noodles are all on point. The Mandu are unbelievable. Her Banchan is amazing The empire grows!
Yoo's place never disappoints! We went to the westminster hmart to check out the new mart and went to the food court to find by our surprise that yoo's place was a vendor there. We got naengmyeon from them and it was so good! Just like how you would get at their stores.
I was a fan of the cold noodles, wow! Flavor was rich and savory. It exceeded my expectations for a grocery store food hall setting.
I was in westminster and was going to head down to the irvine location to try it out but found out they have a stall in the new hmart! A smaller selection compared to the full restaurant menu but still has all their popular dishes such as their cold noodle, soft tofu soup, and sizzling meat I believe they're known for their cold noodles so we definitely had to try and it didn't disappoint! I typically like mine with a touch more vinegar but this was still super refreshing and well balanced. I imagine they maybe give you vinegar and mustard to taste additionally in their restaurant but since this is a food court it's no biggie We got it with the combo that included korean beef and I'm not typically one to like bulgogi but they make theirs perfectly marinated, a tad crispy, and with some vegetable so I don't mind this at all read more

Yum!!! I was craving cold noodles and seeing this place have a variety of cold noodles, I figured it's safer to try this place over the dumpling stall even tho price is much higher. Luckily, they have a combo deal $30.95 for bowl is cold noodles and small platter of spicy pork. OMG the spicy pork here is the best I've ever had!!! Like theirs a very nice fatty taste but like not overly fatty? Damn this is what I want when I order spicy Korean pork! Banchan here are all terrific as well, one of the biggest selling points hahaha. The cold noodles were ice ice baby cold!! Perfect on a hot day! Very refreshing, two types of cucumber slices? Julienne and rounds? Not sure if either were pickled. The only thing missing is a slice of Korean pear. That would've honestly elevated the dish! I would consider the dish overall not spicy. But it does look like they add a lil bit of the gochujang sauce underneath. read more
1. The cold noodles were delicious and filling! It is definitely enough to satisfy two people! 2. The spot has fast casual vibes since it is located inside a supermarket! The interior has high ceilings! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It was ready in less than 10 mins! 4. There are a lot of indoor tables! 5. Parking lot is huge! Came in before grocery shopping on a rainy day. Service was considerate and helpful, including a knowing warning to make sure to be careful with the weight and temperature of the stone pot. Mushroom and beef bibimbop was plentiful with both the mushroom and beef, and the balance between king oyster and shiitake mushrooms gave a deep, earthy warmth to the crispy mixed rice. The banchan were fresh and had a nice homemade taste, with tender fish cake and a bright kimchi. The entree portion was generous and very enjoyable. Thank you for a great meal! read more

Sliced Beef & Vegetable Over Noodles w/ Spicy Sauce The noodles had that perfect chewy texture, and the sliced beef was tender and flavorful. The spicy sauce had just the right kick -- not too overwhelming but super tasty and refreshing. Perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. i always get cold noodle but today i saw mak gooksu on the menu and decided to get it. it hit home. i always ate it in korea and it really reminds me of my favorite place in koreA. the service was quick and easy. food came out so fast! the food court is really big so it's was really easy to get a seat unlike other food courts. flavor 10/10 so good. my friends loved their food too. really flavorful food. THE PORTIONS ARE HUGE i feel like we ordered a LOT and had SO MUCH LEFT OVERS TO TAKE HOME!! read more
