What an experience! As soon you walk in, someone will yell "YO!!!!" I wasn't expecting that, and I should have asked if I was supposed to say "Nutz" in response. Next time I'll check. The staff genuinely seem excited to work here! The guy who took my order rang a bell indicating I'm a first timer, and he happily walked me through the menu. Since they're known for their smashed donuts, I ordered the Biscoff cookie butter one. Basically they press the donut so it's nice and warm, then put the ice cream in the middle, then add the toppings. Note that there is a rule when you pick up your donut; you have to take your first bite by hand, no spoons. And if you order a milkshake, you have to take your first sip with no hands. Such a fun idea! About my donut, wow! It was everything I thought it was gonna be. Mix of warm and cool, plenty of cookie butter flavor. Nice and chewy. I don't know how I can try any other flavor when this one is so delicious! Oh, and there are claw machines you can try out and a basketball hoop to keep kids busy. The decor is picture worthy, too. I plan to come back for sure. :-)
I wanted to cry. First of all, the service was OVER THE TOP! The lovely woman at the counter explained everything in detail and with love and kindness. I thought she was the owner! I would hire her in a heartbeat! You don't find this type of service and professionalism in the service industry these days, so I acknowledge and am very grateful for it when I do. The woman she was training was just a phenomenal. Now back to my dessert. I ordered a bunch of donuts for coworkers, and I had the birthday cake ice cream donut. It was better than I imagined it to be! I told them I wanted to cry because it was sooo good! I'm telling the world about this place! Thank you to all of you and the owner in the back that I heard. In Hawai'i we say, Chee hoo! This place gets a CHEEEE HOOOOO!

Yonutz -- wow. From the moment you walk in, the energy hits you. The employees are genuinely excited to be there, and it's contagious in the best way. The concept alone is worth the visit: a donut sliced open with ice cream packed right in the middle. You get to customize both, which makes it even better. I went with a sugar-coated donut and strawberry cheesecake ice cream, and it absolutely delivered fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgent. They also offer shakes (which I didn't get to try this time), but the variety of flavors and combinations is impressive. It's one of those places where you could come back multiple times and try something totally different each visit. The space itself adds to the experience, there's indoor seating, and even claw machines, which is a fun touch whether you're with friends or family. I won't spoil everything, but there's a little extra surprise in store if you show up in a local team attire. Let's just say it's worth it. If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in. It's fun, it's different, and it definitely lives up to the hype.
Yonutz is an American donut shoppe with a creative twist - imagine a gourmet ice cream sandwich made of soft homemade donuts and a thick ice cream slice. When looking up available desserts in LV, I saw Yonutz in several reviews so I decided to try them out firsthand for myself the next time I drove by. We ordered two smashed donuts, cookies and cream and strawberry shortcake. Both were a 3.5/5 for me; I wished the donuts were warm and crispy, made fresh to order (like Duck Donuts and Holey Grail Donuts) but they were room temperature and more doughy in texture. They were the best ice cream donut sandwiches I've had but not worth shelling $12 a piece. Overall, smashed donuts were okay and overpriced for what it was. Their regular donuts looked good though so I am open to trying that in the future.
Love this place! The donuts are super yummy and I absolutely love the minis! All of the great flavor of fancy gourmet donuts in one tiny taste! The drinks are really good as well and you can add energy to them. The staff was friendly and courteous. The place is super cute I loved the decor and stuffed animal machines!
Fun hip donut shop. My kids made us visit Yonutz. A YouTuber talks about Yonutz so all the kids know about this place. When you enter they yell, "Yo!!!" When you get your Yonut the staff tell you to take first bite without your hands. They have games to play while you wait and eat. The whole experience was fun. They sell donuts stuffed with ice cream. The donut did not taste super soft and fresh like Krispy Kreme. The ice cream was so so too. It wasn't the best. The kids loved it though.
We flew in from Tampa today and were next door trying With love always burgers and we saw the sign and decided to stop in- and I am so glad we did. This place truly is "fantastical", they have super fun welcoming energy right when you walk in yelling Yonutz! And we were only going to try the mini donuts but ended up trying the smashed donuts and let me tell you- they are amazing! The warm soft cinnamon donut wrapped around the tasty ice cream was incredible. I definitely want to come back and try a shake next.
Yonutz donuts are delicious. Peanut butter jelly is good and always freshly made. Cool place. Staff are nice and all friendly! Whenever we are in this area, it's a must to stop by and grab some donuts here
These flavors were crazy!!! Like diabetes in a box, but in a good way Good mixed box to get if you want to try a bunch of different flavors, very sweet tho of course. The service here is always so kind and high energy! The young kids working here are so helpful and have little "sayings" / "slogans" that they say at the same time lol Not a bad price either! $29.95 for this assorted box and $19.95 for a classic/regular flavor box. We also tried the ice cream donut, which was the donut cut in half, with ice cream in the center. That was too sweet for me. Just the donut was enough for me. I could have just a few bites of the ice cream donut and that would be enough. I do really like how they smash the donut in this waffle grill thing to warm the outside of the donut with the cold ice cream in the middle. Super cute and colorful on the inside! Good for pictures
It was our first time visiting and we tried the half dozen and enjoyed the experience. The service and ambiance was fantastic, the servers gave us an intro and tour of all food items they offered: milk shakes, a smash burger type donut filled with ice cream, and non-ice cream donuts. Everything is Instagram and TikTok post ready. We definitely will be back for more.
We wanted something sweet after our lunch and this spot was conveniently located within walking distance to us. I would give it a 4 star, but the customer service and energy of the employees here made it worth checking out. We ordered a couple of donuts that had ice cream in between them, just like an ice cream sandwich, but with a donut as the base. It's worth trying out as you will not regret it, especially if you are not counting calories.
This super cute donut shop offers amazing customer service with an up-beat atmosphere. I've been to this location before, but this was my first time trying out their smashed milkshakes. I ordered one of their Pebble Rebel milkshakes which was very good in flavor but the fruity pebbles tasted a bit stale. I usually get their maple donuts (my favorite) but they were sold out, so I got the chocolate glazed one and it was quite tasty. There were a few board games available, so we played a bit of Jenga while we enjoyed our sweet treats.

The donuts looks scrumptious but I had to control myself because I was scheduled for a blood draw the next day. Service was very informative and quick. The place is clean and bright. After 2 days I attacked the mini donuts we bought and it was as good as same day! Amazing! read more
First time visit to Yonutz and let me tell you it didn't disappoint. Yonutz is located on Durango just north of the 215 on the west side of Durango north of sunset. Plenty of parking in the lot and I'm assuming well lit as well. You can't miss the Kia decorated with Yonutz wrap out front. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by the owner who was perhaps the friendliest owner of a place I've ever been to. Super friendly and full of personality, great guy and great first impression. We ordered up a smashed strawberry shortcake and a smashed cookies and cream. Both were bursting with flavor and were absolutely delicious. The donut was soft and delicate and the ice cream was delicious. The interior of Yonutz is colorful and vibrant and feels like a place you'd have fun. The counter employees were absolutely marvelous and full of energy. Overall, it was a great experience all the way around. Every now and then I'll crave something sweet and then she so happen to be nearby so I decided to give it a try. I've always seen this place coming to IKEA but never really looked into it until today. Upon walking in your greeted with a little chant welcoming you in. It was pretty busy, there were about three people in front of us in line and two people walked in there after. I can see why I can get busy as they have some pretty good options for desserts. I think they are known for their milkshakes that come with a mini donut attached to the straw, but I didn't have that. I just wanted to try their donuts. I personally got the traditional chocolate donuts in my father got the caramel Oreo cheesecake doughnut. I was very happy with my donut option - it was probably one of the softest donuts that I have ever had. It was good and not too sweet, which made me very happy. The service is definitely there and the girls working there are very engaged with everyone walking in. What is a little strange to me is that they do sell their mini donuts at 4 for $6 but a large classic doughnut is $2 and a craft donut is $4. Four of their mini donuts is probably equivalent to one regular size one so the pricing is a little weird for the minis. The inside of the shop is clean and well kept, has great wall art, and some seating for those that want to eat there. If you're craving a doughnut, I think this is a pretty reasonable place as it's also open later than most traditional donut shops. From the "YO" greeting upon entry, to the mandatory first bite, this place doesn't just serve delicious treats, they serve an entire experience! Justin and Rob run a fantastic shop. The employees are all bright and energetic. And I haven't even gotten to the quality of food yet. ICE CREAM inside a WARM DONUT. It's taken an extreme amount of discipline to not swing by daily and order a dozen just for myself. read more

Talk about personality to match the name. It was not only the name but the concept of ice cream inside donut. I never really heard of before. I was excited to check off another bookmark on my list. The minute walk in scream personality not only from all interior artwork along the walls and brights colors. They literally shout "Yo" instead of traditional hi or welcome. It might throw u off at first cause it was my first time. I love it!! The artwork cool is not just one but couple different ones. It open kitchen so u can watch put it all together for show if want. The menu has few set ones besides basically make up ur own start from the base. I wound up getting one from the menu. Strawberry Shortcake. Personality it keeps going even once order done call ur name. If it milkshake rule is need take first sip no hands from straw. Or my case first bite all hands right there counter. I love it makes whole process fun! Why not go with it. The overall dish was good. The donut itself was good. They do sell donuts just by themselves and in case choose from different ones. I feel combine the two ice cream then toppings winnah! The only downside is does get messy. If play along first bite. Finger licking good way. Service five stars. All personality shows in ever employee free spirit, friendly, and believe owner there took order came over ask it was and tell passion he has for his business. Awesome. Yo Yo!! Love the welcome we got. The place looked absolutely clean to my eyes! I so wanted to try out their smashed donuts, honestly what a unique concept!!! Warm, soft yet creamy cold ice cream with a good selection of flavours. I especially loved the crunchy biscoff smashed donut! It could have been better without a lot of crunch on top, gets messy!! I would definitely go back and try the other flavours, they also have donut milkshakes and regular donuts! When you pick up your order, they announce on the microphone about their policy on taking a bit off the donut with bare hands which is fun little activity!!! We came here shortly before closing as we were driving by and saw it. It looked delicious! We walked in and were met with a bright neon store that smelled sweet. The overall look is very fun and really cool to look at. Although it was closing time all the girls were quick to drop what they were doing and greet us. The girl behind the counter was really nice and offered suggestions and gave us time to look over the menu. The smashed donut was really good! It's the strawberry short cake and it tastes exactly like it! The donut was a bit chewy but that's to be expected with putting the donut in a waffle press. Overall the staff is really the reason for the 5 stars. Donut is a 4/5. Worth a try! read more

Score!! Donuts AND ice cream smashed together, heck ya! Drawing your curiosity? You gotta try it. Plain donut cut on half, pick your ice cream, smashed together (nicely LOL), cut in half and then topped with delicious cookies/sprinkles/fudge whatever you choose as your flavor of the moment. They have set "SMASHED" options so the hard part is going to be picking which one to enjoy or try them all HaHA. Nobody is judging Be prepared when you walk in you will be greeted with High energy, welcoming staff & lots of innuendos Boom the ambiance is set with decorative, Instagrammable wall art so get your cameras ready. I've already left a review for this place but I wanted to just add how much I love this location specifically! The girls are so welcoming and it's always good vibes.... My husband stops in here all the time to get me donuts ( gluten free glazed ) they always remember him and his order. The donuts are always delicious and very much appreciate a sweet treat I'm able to eat. read more
Absolutely awful! We got in, the people making the food catered to one customer and didn't even acknowledge us. We waited TWENTY MINUTES for us to be ignored! Such a cool vibe with super great people working at this place. I enjoyed the decor, music and the big screen playing a football game. The concept of this place is warm donuts wrapped around a cold scoop of ice cream and sprinkled with toppings. There's a big selection of donuts and ice cream flavors to choose from. My only negative is that the donut (ordered the Nutella ice cream sandwich) was a little bit on the not so fresh side and it was NOT warm. Maybe it was off day or bad batch, but I'd like to go again and hopefully get my socks blown away next time. read more

As you walk in they yell out Yoooooo lol - it's a restaurant with about three tables but everyone was super friendly. Popped in to try some minis and glad I did cause they were so delicious. The owner talked us into trying one of the smashed donuts and it was so good. I love me a strawberry shortcake bar and this donut did not disappoint. read more

There's some donuts that are made and in the display case. Then there's some fresh made to order donuts, love that! I think their primary concept is a donut ice cream sandwich - which I didn't get to try on this visit. It's bright and new and still clean and all pink inside. Yonutz is a fun little spot for sweet treats. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a Yo! which we weren't expecting! The inside is nice and bright. The menu has a lot to offer from donuts to milk shakes and their famous smash donuts. My daughter ordered 4 mini donuts - 2 strawberry sprinkles, samoa and chocolate m&m's. They were so cute! We also ordered a simply smashed donut with strawberry cheesecake ice cream. They call out your order and over the microphone they announce their rule of taking the first bite at the counter which was also not expected! The ice cream was really good. It was creamy and has good flavor. The donut was soft and warm and it was covered in sugar. Both went well together. The mini donuts were also good. They were soft and not too sweet. My favorite was the samoa. Staff was great, inside was clean and we recommend giving Yonutz a try! read more

I'm definitely going to remember this place! The donuts are so cute and you can get them stuffed with ice cream! They have promotions and deals throughout the week and the customer service is top notch! I was next door and happened to stop and take a picture so I could remember to bring my family. If you're looking for an amazing alternative for a dessert, YoNutz has got you covered! How this place doesn't have a line when it's across the street from Rise dispensary is beyond me! Yonutz sits in a quiet lot nestled in the corner. The colorful vehicle should grab your attention from the parking lot. Just off the 215 W freeway, it's your place for sweet treats. They have donuts, donut milkshakes and smashed ice cream donuts (ice cream IN the donut). Upon walking in, you're greeted with LOTS of energy. The neon signs and art on the walls express this as well. The owner walked me through what Yonutz is all about. A lot to take in for sure, especially when your eyes, tastebuds and stomach want it all. I chose to get a basic smashed donut. It comes with your choice of ice cream in the middle with the donut rolled in cinnamon. They're running a special, 2 for $10 or 1 for $6. Bring a friend and try these, they are AMAZING! Your name will be called on the loudspeaker. At Yonutz, they want you to take your first bite right there. That warm donut with the cold ice cream is a great contrast. The way the donut is wrapped is key. It helps to catch the falling cinnamon and ice cream. I'm a big fan of this place. Can't wait for my next excuse to come visit for a sweet treat. read more

The service was Fantastic! The young man working the counter was attentive, helpful and created a fun experience! A repeat champion on Dessert Wars it seems only natural that Yonutz is now expanding via franchises, a location on South Durango joining the rapidly expanding corridor now home to UnCommons, Durango Casino and eventually The Bend. Big on branding, so much so that they are "home to" influencers per the website, Yonutz's claim to fame is a "SMASHED" Donut seen at Afters since 2014, though here the Donuts baked twice-daily are uniquely topped or filled with more choices than the competition. Roughly $3 per Donut without Ice Cream, seemingly a bargain compared to the likes of Wicked, St. Honore or Gabi, where Yonutz falls short is actually the products themselves as Donuts are on par with Dunkin thanks to a flavorless base that is dense yet slightly dry. Opened November 11th, the owner still on-site offering free bites to guests in early January, roughly half the "Giant" Donuts come simply glazed while others arrive with minimal filling, "Apple Pie" and Nutella barely perceptible while Dulce De Leche, Samoa and Salted Caramel Biscoff aren't really "giant" but overloaded enough to make up for the unremarkable Dough and good enough to warrant a return for some Ice Cream. read more
