But she only told me the day before and she changed her mind last minute and let me keep my appointment time. The last cancellation was 35 minutes before my appointment and I was already on my way. She texted and told me she was 2 hours away stuck in traffic? The whole situation was just dealt with in a very unprofessional manner unfortunately. And I still didn't get a massage at the end of it! :( The website is also very confusing to navigate. I called the number under Groupon and it said it was disconnected and so texting was the only method of communication we had. And to set an appointment, I had to make a $25 deposit, even though I already paid under Groupon, which I thought was weird.
