Natasha gave her a lash lift and it was amazing. It has lasted despite my daughter swimming and being active. Yesterday my daughter's friend went for a lash tint and lift. If you want heavier dramatic lashes, she does those too.

First time customer, I came in for a lash lift. Lashes were not very lifted and are uneven…read more I've gotten my lashes done before in Japan and by myself, but I was had an event the next day so I wanted someone professional to do my lashes. She had gotten my appointment mixed up but was still able to do my lashes. She didn't ask how curled or lifted I wanted my lashes to be. During the appointment, she spilt something in my eye and it stung ALOT, but she was able to clean it up quick. My lashes did not look very lifted at all and they are uneven, and so I left her know if there was anything to fix this...which is when she mentioned that she had smaller rods that she could use NEXT TIME. I'm a little upset that she didn't ask prior to working on my lashes on what I wanted if she had different options for levels of lift. I get that she got her schedules mixed up, and maybe that's why she forgot to ask/offer different styles? She offered to give me a discount the next time I came back...but I came her solely because I have an event the next day. I don't know if I will be coming back on my own. She was sweet and the space was clean and quiet, but I guess my lesson is to ask before trusting them. Edit: She reached out to me immediately and asked for me to come in tomorrow so that she could fix them. She fit me in with my availability, which I was very thankful for. I voiced my concerned and I asked for the lift to atleast be evened out, which she did! I appreciate her taking the time to fix my lashes. Photos now attached to show my expectations and what I had gotten.

No greeting, no acknowledgment--she just told me to lay down. When I tried to explain the style I wanted, she told me to "just show a picture" while scrolling on her phone the entire time. She stayed on her phone while I was literally talking to her. I asked about pricing multiple times and she straight up ignored me until I had to say "hello?" and she just said "wait." Like... what? It gets worse. She started working on me without washing her hands, which is honestly disgusting, and was super aggressive the whole time. I had to stop her to ask AGAIN about the price before continuing, and she tried to charge me more than what the owner originally quoted. The second I told her to call the owner, suddenly the price dropped? That's shady and completely unprofessional. The entire experience felt disrespectful, unhygienic, and honestly sketchy. I cannot believe I wasted my time driving this far for this level of service.
