Their first was in Westboro and I checked them out there when they first opened back in 2020. I had a Pina Colada bubble tea there and wasn't overly impressed. But they must be doing something right if they opened a second location on Bank St, a third location in the Byward Market and now a fourth location in Orleans. Their specialty appears to be fruit smoothies and dessert crepes/waffles. So I decided to try their smoothies. I got the Fancy Dude $13 which is avocado smoothie layered with mango smoothie and strawberry smoothie on top. There's sliced fruits (kiwi, star fruit, strawberries and blueberries) on top as well as crushed nuts (I think pistachios). I added Astha (Lebanese cream) for an additional $1.50. There was also honey drizzled on top. The drink was super pretty and fairly tasty, but I found the price a bit high. The amount of Ashta I received was small, just a little scoop. The smoothie was definitely tastier than the bubble tea I had at their OG location when they first opened. The smoothies here are similar to the smoothies at La Bocca Juice down on Bank St, or Cocktail Antabli and Cocktail Hawaii (both in Montreal). Service was pleasant. Decor is nice. They had lots of boxes of fresh mangos stacked in the corner, as well as lots of fresh mangos in the glass display, so I'm thinking their mango drinks contain real mango, lol. I am fairly certain that the owners of this location owned the Presotea on Slater, which closed down in recent years. I'm happy about the relocation. My mom wanted to go, so I took her there when I was visiting in Orleans not too long ago. They just recently opened, so some of their displays were still empty, but they are hoping to get more products. They had lots of shelf stable items, as well as refrigerated and frozen products. They had some baked goods like Acma (soft Turkish bagels) and Simit (hard Turkish bagels) and also baklava. They had a lot of Turkish Delight as well. The lady offered us a free sample of their Turkish coffee, which was really strong, lol. We got some baklava ($7 for 4 pieces, it's sold by the weight), an Acma ($3.25) as well as some instant drink mixes ($1 each), a Cappuccino and a drink called Salep that we learned is a Turkish drink made of the tubers of orchids. They had lots of imported drinks, like Strawberry Fanta and Strawberry Crush. Also drinks with basil seeds in them. Staff (likely the owners) were very friendly and welcoming. The place is bright and clean. I asked if they were going to serve prepared foods and they said they are planning on it. My parents will be over the moon if/when they do, especially if they serve pide (Turkish pizza). I'm so happy to see more diverse businesses opening up. Four stars for now because they are just starting up and haven't reached their full potential yet, but I can easily see this becoming a 5 star place once their shelves are full and they start serving hot food. I got the Signature Salad ($15.99), but substituted the pomegranate seeds with cucumbers. The salad comes with mixed greens, quinoa, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, chicken, pumpkin seeds and Italian seasonings sprinkled on top. I asked for the dressing on the side. The default dressing is their Signature dressing, which I can best describe as a light sweet dressing. I loved that it was on the watery side and was neither too oily nor too creamy/rich. I only used about a sixth of it, but saved the rest to use on my own salads ;) The vegetables were for the most part fresh. Although a few of the lettuce pieces were browning. The chicken was lean breast meat cut into cubes. All the salad ingredients are prepped and ready and they just assemble the ingredients when you order it. There are preset salads or you can create your own with the ingredients they have. Overall the salad was tasty and the portion size was good. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but everything seems to be expensive these days. It's definitely convenient, and there aren't many places in Orleans to get quick meals that aren't greasy or deep-fried, lol. It's one of the healthier options. I'm looking forward to bringing my nieces here to try their rolled ice cream. The restaurant has some seats to dine in, but there's no table service. However, you can add toppings like fried mushrooms and fried onions for free. I got both those and also lettuce and tomatoes (also free). The burger tasted good, it was just really small. The fries are also a small portion and I felt they were just ok. They smelled really good, but didn't really taste like anything special to me. However, they may have gotten soft during my drive since they were in a covered container. Maybe they were crispier when fresh. I will give this place another chance by eating there next time, so I can taste how the food is when it's freshly made. I like that the bun is plain and doesn't have seeds on it. But everything is made fresh to order and they have a nice assortment of add-ons you can have on your burger, many of which have no additional cost (you only pay extra for cheese and bacon). The food quality is really good as well. The gravy is really delicious and has a nice consistency. And the serving sizes for the fries and onion rings are very generous. They also have some really interesting poutine toppings, including pepperoni, steak, pogo, hot dogs, and donair meat. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the large patio/deck area, or you can sit inside on the upper level of the bus. As a bonus, it shares a parking lot with the Innes Road Golfland, so if you feel like having a game of mini golf after lunch, or taking advantage of their driving range, it couldn't be more convenient.
