Who knew that a Salvadorian Bakery was something I needed in my life? Came up for some delicious baked goods and some breads and noticed they serve food as well. Looks like the pupusas are a top seller so I need to definitely try those next time. It smells so good inside and they have so many things to choose from. I got some raspberry butter cookies and some treats stuffed with an apple and raspberry custard. They also have beautiful cakes you can purchase that are premade or you can make a special order. The lady that helped me was so friendly and explained to me their top sellers.

They sell old moldy bread, it was not the first time. Go somewhere else. Service isn't great either

I came across this bakery on Instagram. Spoke and connected with Delmi. Let me tell you..the customer service I received from her made me not only feel like a VIP but someone who truly wanted to keep a long lasting clientele. Not only did the cake taste so good, which was fluffy and moist (very important factors) but she met my expectations with the design. Everyone loved the cake and you can bet I will order again from here.

Love this place!! They have a variety of pastries as well as food. Their pupusas are the best I've had so far!! They're a really good size and super delicious! I've had the plátanos con huevos rancheros and that was really good too. My mom loves their quesadillas! Definitely give this place a try if you haven't already!

Cookies for a baby shower

Ordered custom cookies for a baby shower. The cookies were delicious and the designs were great. Everyone loved them and commented how cute they were. I would definitely recommend for sugar cookies or an event you have.

Everything tasted indulgent but still well-crafted. The dessert was just as good--soft, flavorful, and topped with the perfect crunch for contrast. One thing to note: they open late--12:30 PM. Parking was easy, and there's a decent amount of seating inside. I happened to be the first customer of the day. Don't expect the warm, smiley Filipino hospitality right away--just head straight to the counter and place your order on the iPad. As for the halo-halo, it's definitely not your traditional version. It wasn't bad by any means, but it's quite different from the halo-halo I grew up with and the ones I enjoy whenever I visit Manila. If you're looking for a modern take on the classic dessert, you may appreciate it more than I did. Prices are pretty standard for Los Angeles, and they accept Apple Pay, which is always a plus.

What a cute Vietnamese restaurant!!!…read more I love the beautiful outdoor seating amongst the greenery and lanterns with the Vietnamese clubbing music. Takes me back to Vietnam for a little bit. They have a simple menu but make everything well. I enjoyed the chicken wings with steamed rice. The wings were so good. A bit crunchy, very juicy, the sauce was sweet and savory. There was a ton of garlic and jalepeno. It was so delicious. And the steamed rice paired beautifully. The texture of the rice was so good. My partner had the chicken pho and shaking beef with garlic noodles. He enjoyed them both. He said the chicken was very tender and juicy. The noodles with the beef was his favorite. We both got pandan mung bean drink and fried bananas of course. The fried banana takes time to make, but worth the wait. It's so crunchy! Can't wait to come back to try the rice cakes next time.

Fish sauce wings are spot on (if you don't go to Westminster lol). Tangy, mini crunch on the outside, and juicy and moist on the inside. Plus, jampacked with garlic (cooked with a good amount of butter). Not quite sure if the jalapeños do (or taste) anything, but sure why not. Shrimp was good, clean (removed residuals), and not overcooked. Lazy to peel the shrimp skin so I usually eat it. Garlic noodles are great. Slightly oily but better than most places. Lastly, got the Hainan chicken. A bit disappointing by the quantity for the price ($14), but the rice tasted good. I'd personally stick with the shrimp or fish sauce wings. The best part of this place are their fried bananas. I like to get the whole piece and eat it at the end with my refreshing calamansi coco drink. Crispy and fun on the inside because the banana is melted along the exterior hard shell. I recommend the whole fried banana instead of the pieces. Overall, a bit pricey but worth the experience.

I ended up ordering the Banana Pudding in a small. I was expecting more of the signature Happy Ice, but the dessert was mostly custard. There was custard on both the bottom and top with a relatively small scoop of banana Happy Ice in the middle. Because of that, the banana flavor ended up getting a bit lost and wasn't nearly as prominent as I had hoped. That said, whenever I was able to get a bite of just the banana Happy Ice, I enjoyed it much more. It was refreshing and made me wish there had been more of it. Next time, I'd probably skip the specialty option and order one of the plain Happy Ice flavors instead. Overall, it's still a solid dessert spot in the area, and I'd definitely come back to try one of their classic flavors. If you're deciding between a specialty creation and the original Happy Ice, I'd probably recommend sticking with the classic.
