The restaurant is very cute and well decorated inside, and service was amazing. Our server constantly checked on us and made sure we had everything we need and that we were taken care of! The food was delicious! They had a big menu, ranging from sushi, yakitori, and bento boxes. Everything we ordered was delicious, I would recommend the ribeye and filet mignon skewers, the crispy tuna rice, and sushi was yummy too! This is a great spot to take your family, for dates, or a cool hangout spot with your friends.

Amber was patient, pleasant, and helpful in providing much-needed details about the menu. I ordered the Open Combo Skewer and he ordered the Combo Hibachi with Chicken & Shrimp, as well as two sides of Hibachi Fried Rice. The food was delicious and hot. The meat and vegetables were well- seasoned not salty. Portion size was very satisfying, definitely enough to enjoy at a later time. We usually don't leave room for dessert but today we made an exception and went all in. The Oolong Tea Cheesecake was delicate, with light flavors and a smooth texture. The Momo Musu and the Mango Mousse Bear were exceptional. We immediately enjoyed the Peach and Mango flavors, the overall presentation, and the fresh fruit and whipped cream that accompanied it. (These two are a must when you visit) I've been eyeing Mihana for a while now, and am so happy we decided to give it a try. It was well worth it. Clean and Serene environment, that would be comfortable for a lunch date or a group gathering. This was really one of the best Japanese food experiences that I've had in some time. I highly recommend this establishment, and we can't wait to return!

What I'm not crazy about is the amount of time it takes to have dinner. The last time I was here I walked out before I placed my order. Why? My family and I have both dined at Miko and ordered their food through home delivery many times…read more We have always found their food and service to be reasonably good (acknowledging that their delivery can be somewhat slow). However, because there are many similar options in the greater Huntington area, we admittedly do not order Japanese food from them exclusively. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with them on the evening of October 4, 2026. We ordered food at roughly 6pm for delivery. At approximately 7:20pm the food had not yet arrived and we called to inquire about the delay (even in the context of their admittedly slower delivery standards). They assured us that the food was on its way. We continued to wait until almost 8:30pm, with the food still having not arrived. Upon calling a second time, the restaurant advised us that there had been a "glitch" and the food order had never been recorded and processed by them at all. No rationale for why their previous explanation was utterly wrong was given. Indeed, no additional explanation whatsoever was provided. They asked if we wanted to reorder, and we declined (it was far too late and we had already been waiting for well over two hours). They then simply stated that we would receive a refund for our non-existent order and ended the call. Now, I understand that this was hardly an earth-shattering occurrence for which we shall never recover. However, for the amount of money we have spent at Miko for food for which we pay a premium, both the refusal to assume any responsibility and the absence of any customer accommodation were unquestionably surprising and frustrating. For this reason, and both (i) acknowledging that there are far more serious matters to be navigated in the world today and (ii) emphasizing Miko's complete unwillingness to assume responsibility or provide accommodation, I decided to take what for me is the rare step of posting this review online. Obviously, we will not be ordering from Miko in the future given their apparent absence of meaningful interest in our business. Please take my stated opinions herein as a warning or ignore them at your discretion.
