My brother referred me to him and I've been there 2 visits. My newborn was seen within minutes both times by Dr Park. And what supposed to take weeks for newborn insurance reimbursements the receptionists got it to us by the 2nd visit (one week later) Parking was also no issue. They have 3 spots for their office only rite outside front door. And to LAURA R's comment, "I hate to pull the race card" lol what a joke. I've been there 2 visits and have seen multi races there. So you can put that race card back in your back pocket where it belongs. read more

Dr. Park and his staff are extremely professional and compassionate. Dr. Park is very detailed and clear with both my kids. Their office always picks up the phone and addresses all my concerns quickly and clearly. I feel like my kids are in good hands when they go in to see Dr. Park. read more

This office does not care about your baby and we will never go back. When our baby was sick and we needed to see or speak to a doctor for guidance, we were told they will call us back shortly and when they finally did in the evening we were told they have too many appointments and if our baby is really sick to go to urgent care or the ER. We will not trust this office again. read more

Pros: -Excellent, helpful, respectful, well mannered staff. -Dr Park and the NP are also very nice, patient and will address your concerns without rushing through the appointment -Office Hours -Runs very efficiently, staff ensures all the paperwork and nurses work quickly to check height/weight, temp before seeing the doctor. Cons: -Brought my kids in for the flu vaccine and they charged an office visit copay. Not sure why they can't have the staff or NP administer the shot so that patients can forgo the copay. None of the other pediatricians that I know charge an office visit for that unless the doctor is being seen. -Even though they have parking in the front and around the corner, parking can be tough as those prime spots fill up quickly. -Small office. Everyone is in very close proximity to one another so germs can easily be transmitted. read more

Dr Yohan Park is amazing! He is caring, kind and genuinely loves kids. We have been there for several illnesses, checkups etc and the quality of care is wonderful. I am surprised that Curly W. doesn't seem to understand that those school forms need to be filled out with current information and since 7 months had passed since her kid had seen the Dr. I'm not at all surprised he didn't feel comfortable saying that his old information was accurate. Dr.Park is Great! He made me and my baby feel really comfortable and he handled her with gentleness and care. The receptionist was very thorough with all the papers. They told me exactly what they needed and if I didn't have it then it's a no go. Which is totally understandable. But at the end they told me not to worry and that they understand how worrisome and overwhelming it can get for first time moms. So they took care of everything and I left in peace. The place is really cute and the staff is gentle and nice. I live just 10 minutes away from here and I'm glad I found them! So glad we are settled now! read more

Dr. Yohan might earned his reputation in early years of his career but it isn't quite. He often prescribed antibiotics unnecessarily and my daughter got white lining on her tooth. it is caused by frequent antibiotic takes. My daughter might be more sensitive but here is the worst part. I Don't even know what to call of her, she is the head receptionist? She is acting doctor, often she gives out wrong information even before I finish my word. I had to waste my time a couple of times for paper work and she blames on me. Since then I don't let her cut off my word. She constantly complains about other patient in front of everyone. She is blunt. I am changing to another primary since I moved, it's only 5 minutes away. But it's not worth taking all of her non sense. read more

Dr. Park and his office refused to fill out a simple school form for my child. About 7 months ago, I had brought my child to Dr. Park's office for an examination, and so that he could fill out a daycare form for the 2014-2015 school year. I subsequently moved out-of-state and recently needed a school form for an emergency back-up daycare to be filled out for the same 2014-2015 school year, but he and his office refused to fill it out, saying I would need to bring the child in for another examination. I was unable to do so, as I was out-of-state and had insurance issues. The daycare said they would accept any information from a visit that was obtained within the past year (and the initial visit was just 7 months ago), but Dr. Park's office still refused to fill out the form. On the two times that I had called the office, each receptionist gave me a different reason as to why they could not fill it out. It seemed like thay were making up the rules as they were going along, to make you bring your child in for an unnecessary visit, so that they could collect on the visit. Who knew filling out a simple school form for one day of emergency daycare would be so difficult? Very disappointing indeed! Needless to say, I will not recommend Dr. Park or bring my child there again. read more

I'm an expectant mom and called Dr. Parks office to inquire about receiving services for my unborn child for when he arrives. The receptionist asked me for my insurance and without checking first says I don't think we take your insurance. Meanwhile, prior to calling I looked on the office website and seen they actually do accept my insurance that is why I called in the first place. After placing me on a brief hold she states "we actually have a block on that particular insurance". I hate to pull the race card, but it seems like calls are screened to determine which patrons to either accept or decline; truly disappointed I could not experience what other mom's have raved about regarding Dr. Park. read more

I take all my kids to Dr park he is so great with kids, doesn't push or force you into anything you don't feel comfortable with like vaccines or flu shot. The staff is always nice too. I have no complains abt dr park or hus office. read more

Dr. Park is awesome! Both my kids go to him and love going, I mean they're seriously not even nervous to get a shot. He's really nice and makes you and the kids feel comfortable. I'm very annoying and I ask a million questions and he always answers everything very thorough without seeming bothered. The wait time isn't too bad for a dr office and some nights they have later hours (I think 6:15 or 6:30 is the latest appt time) which works for me bc I don't get out of work until 5:30. Both kids love watching a movie in the waiting area and reading the kids books available. Mrs. Kim who I believe is the office manager is really sweet too. She always gives both my kids a lollipop/sticker on the way out. I've even referred Dr. Park to a friend who is a nurse and a first time mom and she loves him too. read more

Dr. Yohan Park is a great doctor who is always available to answer your questions and concerns. Being a first time parent, I was always concerned with my baby's health and Dr. Park was more than willing to answer my questions. He is very patient with your baby as well as for the first time parent. The staff is also very accommodating and very polite. I highly recommend him to my friends! read more

I've had to visit several different pediatricians this past year, 7 to be exact, and Dr. Park has been one of the most patient, kind, and knowledgable pediatricians I've come across! Gem of a doctor! He's very gentle with my baby, takes his time and makes me feel so comfortable to ask him any questions a new mom would have. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. I trust his experience and it's wonderful to have a doctor who has such a pleasant bedside manner especially when you're worried about the health and well being of your children. being a first time parent, there will be situations you take your child to the hospital for whatever reasons it may be...i gave birth not too long ago and my child didn't go to the bathroom for a whole day so i called and asked to go in...when i got there the receptionist asked me about my insurance card and i had explained to them about applying for medicaid and that the office said i can use my insurance card for the baby...but the receptionist was extremely i mean EXTREMELY RUDE the old lady with glasses and instead of explaining about the card and procedure she was shouting and told me i should pay in cash and then will get reimbursed later....this wasn't the problem....her attitude towards the patients was the problem.....obviously i don't know much about child health care so i explained but she was in this field for that long then she should take into consideration that people are there and sensitive cause they are at the hospital about their child....and when you explain to people you don't shout it out in front of other patients...and because of her attitude i just said i don't want to come back here, she had a smart remark and said "awwww"....k.....thanks for being so caring and considerate the old lady in the front with glasses with short hair.....i hope you awwwwwwwww also when your child is sick too.....that's if you have a child of your own... read more

Pro-First time mom, I wanted to find the best doctor for my precious son. I did alot of research and asked around, and through word of mouth, I was introduced to Dr. Park. I am so glad that my son's health is in great loving and caring hand. Doctor Park has also been very patient and gentle with my son. Whenever there was any type of emergencies, he was there to calm this mommy and took great care of my son. He also answered all my first time mommy questions (i had alot) promptly and guided me throughout the times when my son was sick/teething. He also encouraged and advised this mommy about sleep training which I was bit nervous about. Now I can only say I am a happy and rested mommy. Con- Although making appointments are very easy, there is a little bit of wait once you arrive but majority of times i was seen within 10 minutes of arrive so not much to really complain. I also understand the wait since he is a great doctor he is in high demand. Parking at times are hard. But overall I could only say I found the best doctor for my precious son! read more

This was my daughters first visit seeing Dr. Yohan Park and mine as a parent.... My daughter is 5 months old and I was looking forward to a great and comfortable experience since I was recommended to him. But unfortunately this was a very bad experience!!! First off I walk in and fill out the sign in sheet and it asks you what is the reason for this visit and I wrote check up, then I hand the receptionists my daughters health record card. After just a few minutes the receptionist asks me " does she need any shots?" I don't understand, Iam the patient going to see them why would they ask me instead of reading over her records and seeing what my daughter is up to date with and if there is any shots needed before asking me?. Then they call me into the room and after waiting 10 minutes this man comes walking in the room instead of starting off like " Hi how are you? Iam Dr. Yohan I see this is your first visit, how old is your daughter? Oh she is 5 months, is she teething? what are feeding her? Are there any issues?" NO!! I wasn't even sure that he was the doctor. He started off as "why are you here? Oh I see your daughters sick" (meanwhile I specified on the paper the reason for visit was for a "CHECK UP"). Dr. Yohan never introduced himself to me trying to make me feel comfortable with a friendly and professional vibe for my daughters FIRST visit. After he said that she is here because she is sick I responded "No she has a very bad rash" he leans over didn't even touch my daughter with a finger as I was showing him the rash and says " okay its dry skin ill prescribe you cream" and out the door I was! He didn't ask me any questions concerning my daughter, didn't check her ears, eyes, heart beat or anything for her first visit or even for a normal check up!!!!! This was a bad experience after I traveled all the way to him thinking he was a great doctor. Very unprofessional. Meanwhile my daughters old pediatrician, once I walked in the room he would smile friendly and ask " Hi how are you mommy? How is your baby? Anything new with her, any problems? What has she been doing new lately?" etc....Then he would check EVERYTHING to make sure she looks healthy. I do NOT recommend this doctor at all! read more
