The one thing I don't like is that I've waited 3 hours to see her. She's a good doctor, so she's busy. I recently only had to wait about 45 minutes to see her, I think that was close to a record for short wait to see her. One time she did squeeze me in at the end of a day when I was sick and she risked driving home on a slick night, she was afraid of black ice. So I appreciated her going out of her way. I have called her service and she has returned my calls. When I was getting life insurance she wanted more than the insurance wanted to pay for my health records, so I had to request a copy of my own medical report, and had to pay minimal fee for copying charges, and give it to the life insurance company, which I didn't appreciate. She also specializes in pulmonary medicine, but I only use her as a general practitioner. She's very personable, I would say I've actually gotten to know her over the past 15 years and she me. Maybe that's me, I'm also curious about people, so I ask her questions about herself. But she's fairly friendly I would say. She paints many of the painting in her office. Her secretary Angie is very nice and helpful. They are good people person in a world where people are too impatient often. And thus the long wait to see her. But I recommend her.

Answers any questions you may have. Its a comfort to meet a doctor who isnt rushing out the room within five minutes. Sure the wait maybe be long at times, but its only because she takes the time to treat her patients very thoroughly. Staff is also friendly and accomendating.

I had already got my results directly from quest 2 days after my initial appt. I had to schedule a virtual appt with the doctor that started 2 hours late but that was after I called at least 4 times. When I mentioned how long the wait was I was told it wasn't that bad. But the receptionist definitely called to take my copay appt on time! The office staff was very distant, cold and inexperienced. Still ended up having to find another doctor to get the care and referrrals that I needed. If you're looking for good quality healthcare this is not it!

Dr. Desir was referred to me a few years ago and I have not had to look any further. The office is clean and they practice safety precautions and there are plastic shields between the chairs. She is very professional and very attentive. There is never a long wait and I am usually seen within 10-15 min of arriving by the nurse for blood work and then seen by Dr Desir within 10-15 min after that. Once in the exam room She really talks to you and asks questions and is able to connect on a personal level. She does not try to rush you out the door. She has limited hours so it could be a challenge connecting between visits but if you have the portal she is good with responding to your messages sent through the portal. She is caring, personable, thorough, and friendly. I even had my mother and mother in law come from Florida to see her because they were not getting the attention and care I thought they should get. So now they travel for visits. I also need to mention that the staff is also amazing. They are friendly and very helpful. If you are looking for a good Doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Desir.

I called and made an appointment. Made a 345PM appointment . When I walked in i had to fill out some forms since I'm a new patient here and was seen first by a nurse who took my blood ( forgot her name ) and then was seen by Dr. Desir . I was done in about a hour or less .I wasn't sure if I was going to like her or not since it was my first time there. She was very kind asked about everything like a doctor should do . Some of his staff was great, but our last and final visit, sealed the deal. My son was having surgery, and me and my wife had to get some paperwork. Dr yakov acted like he was unconcerned about it. We said this would be the last time coming here. How can you be a pediatrician and not have compassion or kindness towards a little toddler. At doctors appointments he was very fast and nonchalant about things and did not take his time at all. Or showed that he was really concerned.
