The store is very clean, the staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful, they have a wide variety of flavors and toppings and their yogurt has a smoother, thicker consistency than others I have tried. It is a great place to go with large groups and children. The kids enjoy playing in the grassy area out front. It is expensive but worth it! read more

Tried this tonight and just about everything was excellent. SO many toppings (even half candy bars), great flavor selection, and amazing Tart flavor (always my favorite). The only things I count off for is that they're quite a bit more expensive per ounce than all the other places I frequent and I like it when yogurt shops carry more non-fat, but it's nice that they do offer low-fat here. I like the idea of the rewards card also (buy 8, get one free), although, again the higher price might make my visits few and far between. read more

Always busy, Yugortology is a great after dinner destination. Like most self-serve yogurt business, you start by filling a bowl with frozen yogurt. You can sample the flavors. Then load it up with toppings. I may be mistaken but this is the only frozen yogurt business that offers the option of "bottomings" by putting cookie or other sweets at the bottom of the cup. read more

Been a customer at Yogurtology since they opened! My family and I love to go if we're wanting something sweet or cold on a hot AZ day! Friendly staff. Fairly recently they started serving ACAÍ BOWLS! Which is my obsession. (If you haven't had one, try one ASAP!) they serve huge acai bowls for an average price. I've been to this place a few times to satisfy my yogurt cravings since Yogurtland isn't around where I live. Upon entering, I was greeted and offered sample cups but declined as I was only interested in my usual original tart. I added toppings of strawberries, fruity pebbles, rainbow mochi, and cheesecake bits. The available fruits and candy along with different syrups were fresh and abundant. Personally, I felt like I was overpaying for what I got compared to yogurtland. When I tried the yogurt, I didn't taste the tangy sweetness of the tart that I was expecting. Also, I felt the texture seemed more icy or slush like. Besides these two things, I thought this place was overall average and will be stopping by again if I get cravings again. read more

BEST FRO-YO in the area. No doubt! You must get the oatmeal cookie fro-yo, its the best. My hubby likes the cookies to put on the bottom and they have an excellent topping bar. Its very clean and modern inside and the staff are always very nice. Prices are about the same as every other place but the quality of the yogurt is on an entirely different level. read more

We live way too close to this place. We love it! The yogurt is so good! I love that they have whole cookies and brownies to add to your frozen yogurt. The assortment of toppings is better than any other fro-yo place I've been to- and that's saying a lot! Haha But yes, one of our favorite places. I'm updating my review of this place. I had a bad experience the first time I went here and I decided I would give it another try. Every time I come, I never really get greeted, if I do it's a simple hello, with no eye contact. I don't get offered samples either. I only like coming here for two reasons. Tuesdays(35 cents per ounce) and their oatmeal cookie flavor is amazing. Other than that, it's an okay yogurt shop, it's clean, but not spotless like everyone says. Most of the time the girls are usually talking to each other when I go to pay for my yogurt, it'd be nice to get a "hey! How are you today?" But maybe I am asking too much? Another thing I do not like it that their toppings are pilled HIGH. So you spill(and waste) a lot of toppings and then when you're done putting on your toppings(especially the twix) they put the tongs back on the toppings. Which is kind of gross because other customers have touched the tongs. read more

This place ROCKS. Great Service and always tastes good. I practically go here everyday, No Lie. Great atmosphere and very clean and family friendly. Need to have more butter finger and Oreo..... LOL. Tonight's experience (01/28/17) around 8:45pm was interesting! The yogurt and toppings are always great and most of the employees are very friendly. Tonight however, was crazy busy and there were two girls working. One of them, the blonde, was going over and above to help out each customer and was friendly while working and running around. The other girl, a brunette, was almost no where to be found and didn't want to help anyone out. I felt really bad for the blonde girl but truthfully she was great and was such a hard worker. read more

My husband and I took our two young daughters (ages 5 and 6) to celebrate some awards they had received and showed up at 945pm. We picked out our yogurt and toppings and paid $26 for four of us. We checked out and sat down to start enjoy our special treat out. At 10pm on the dot...the young girl working there (there were two young girls total) said I'm sorry but we are closed now. We had a mouth full of ice cream, it's raining outside, 52 degrees and we were kicked out to finish up our ice cream standing outside their door. We watched them clean the area and they were still there when we left. It spoiled our celebration out. It felt like they had somewhere they wanted to be and we (the customers) were interfering with their plans out. Pretty sad to be treated that way and of course both of my little girls were shivering hard eating ice cream in the rain. Not sure it would have been to much to ask to finish our treats inside. Love this place!! Great atmosphere and amazing yogurt! They update on Facebook their seasonal flavors so make sure and check. Oatmeal cookie however is a constant flavor that I can't get enough of. I definitely recommend this place especially for kids because they can choose their own flavors and reach the toppings. Much much better than any other yogurt shop I've tried. read more

Froyo makes me happy. I haven't been to many places, so I can't really compare Yogurtology to the other local spots. As most reviewers have said, this place is clean. They are always out with the mini vacuum sucking up the spilled toppings. We've been here a few times. Both when the place was empty and when crowded. But it seems to move quickly and there's never a long wait. I usually choose the sweet yogurts because the selections sound so good, but every time I realize that I do like the tart flavors better. There is always a No Sugar Added selection, which is a plus. The raspberry is awesome! The toppings bar has a great selection. I even witnessed another customer ask for something that was not out, and the employee went into the back room and brought out a cup of the topping for her. I especially like the MAYO! The staff has always been friendly, greeting guests as they walk in and offering samples if desired. It can be a little pricey, compared to other shops I've seen, but for the convenience, quality, and once-in-a-while treat, it's well worth it. read more

I love this place. Anyone who gets upset that you cant get your own samples probably also takes their dogs into restaurants and grocery stores. I like the fact that someone is there helping out with samples so the kids don't go crazy. The toppings are the best part of the place and the staff was great.
