I was very excited to try this location as I love frozen yogurt. Upon arriving the store was very crowded which made me even more eager to check it out. There were not as many yogurt flavors as I would have hoped. When choosing toppings it looked as though it hadn't been taken care of as the toppings seemed to be all over the place some even mixed together. We've gone here quite a few time but these past two times most recently, the machines have been a disgusting mess. Not cleaned or taken care of no, not even an attempt!!! Perhaps it is the late night employees that are not keeping the place up. Yes, now I know yogurt is messy, but I have never been so disgusted walking into a yogurt shop. Although the yogurt is delicious, me and my family came in started getting our yogurt, the entire time while getting the yogurt you can hear people screaming and laughing in what I'm assuming is the back, not one employee in the front, made it through the toppings when finally the two young gals working decided to come from the back still laughing and to the register, still haven't been greeted. At this point I'm annoyed. We get rung up and pay, and they dart straight into the back continuing to scream and laugh, sounding like something out of a horror movie, about every 5 minutes. Not saying you can't have fun where you work, but there were multiple customers in the lobby area while this was all happening and the looks on their faces showed they weren't happy. Great place. Have frequent this place for over a year now and I just love it. They have a wide range of flavors and even have dairy/sugar free options. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to try fro-yo. The only downside is that it can get kind of pricey because they weigh it. This is a big, clean, friendly location with wonderful frozen yogurt! They offer more choices of flavors than most yogurt shops. My favorites are lemon, or coffee, or birthday cake, or salted caramel... There is plenty of parking and the nice spacious seating area is large enough to take a youth sports team, or cozy enough for two. Some outdoor seating available along the sidewalk, too. So I pass by here just about 600 times a year. I just don't do dessert often. Deb L was hosting the early part of a fundraiser for Sunburst school so I finally stopped in. The place looks bright and shiny new still after over 2 years. The young woman at the register was pleasant. With all the flavors of yogurt and toppings, I chose to keep it simple with cheesecake yogurt topped with strawberries and chocolate sauce. It was ok but for only a little more for about the same size serving I could have had a premium ice cream or gelato. When you only indulge in sweet stuff occasionally it needs to be special.:) read more

This location has to be my favorite place to get frozen yogurt. It is conveniently located also, has great restaurant near by. There is not much service because it is self serve but it did have great service and employees making sure everything was clean and that it was easy to pay. overall the customer service was awesome. The yogurt was very good. All of the toppings were fresh. The yogurt station was clean and so was the topping station. Everything was well put together and organize. The overall cleanness of the place was good. The atmosphere and the energy was good. It was a very pleasant place to be at. Had a great seating arrangement. There are some more decadent choices here and some that are under and 100 calories a serving, so there is something for everyone to choose from Once you finally decide which yogurt you want, and trust me that's no easy task, you get to pick your own toppings. There is a pretty big size topping bar that has just about every type of topping you can think of. There is a bunch of fruit toppings to pick from, all kinds of candy toppings, some nuts, sprinkles, there's even a few different types of cereal you can sprinkle on. At the end of that you have to decide whether or not you are going to put any syrups on there. OMG-I have found a place I like better than Cold Stone! Went there for the first time and the cashier noticed we looked lost. He explained everything and told us we could sample ALL the yogurt, and I did! I didn't have to wait for someone to give me my sample I got it myself. I sampled all that sounded good. The Dulce de Leche was Awessome. Some of the other yogurts I had was coconut, cookies and cream, and cheescake. All soo yummy. So I got a mix of yogurt and then I got to the toppings and aww man more decisions. They had a lot candy, chocolate bars, cereal, fruit toppings to choose from. Love this Yogurtini's! It's serves its purpose. I get in, atmosphere is pleasant,surroundings are cute , seafoam green and white colors are charming. They seem to have plenty of flavors to choose from and so far I dont have a any negative things to say about this place. Probably a bit more crazy and filled with kids during the summer time or any vacation time for that matter, but thats true for any place. Last time I went in around Christmas time 2011 they had Maple & Bacon donut flavor-I know, sounds gross. I didn't have any but the hubby did and he liked it. This is the most disgusting Yogurtini ive been too. The machines are a mess dripping over onto the floor. Not only that but they must not be keeping the yogurt cold enough because its watery coming out. The topping area is a mess. They should really put the cheesecake bites in individual containers instead of having them squished in the tin and not being able to get any because its mush. The sauce that you get to top your yogurt is so hard to push out and super messy. I get chocolate sauce and i end up with carmel or marshmellow sauce all over. I mean they can at LEAST wipe things down. They should put the sauce in a squeeze container so its easier to get out. Older people arent able to get sauce if they want it because they dont have enough muscle to push it out. And DONT count on the employees helping, instead they will just stand and stare and agree its hard. The manager came out and was putting fruit that had spilled back into the tin when it had nuts mixed in it instead of just throwing it away. This is contamination and let alone if i had a nut allergy, id be really upset. The place is extremely dirty, its disgusting. I love yogurtini but this is the most disgusting one ive run across. Its a shame because its close by but ill make the trip to another. read more

Not usually a fan of short changing my ice cream experience with yogurt, but the experience, selection of flavors, updated flavors, topping selections, friendly service, and clean dining experience are fantastic.
