My husband & I are new to the area and are froyo fans. This was the closest place we could find and the moment we entered, a young blond girl saw us come in the doorway and said nothing; absolutely no greeting whatsoever, though I myself said hello. We make our selections and when we head to the register to pay, I spoke and said "hello" again in case she didn't hear me the first time. This young lady looked me directly in my face and once again said NOTHING. She said nothing to my husband either, other than telling him the total and asking if he wanted a receipt. No "thank you," no "please come again," NOTHING. Let me also say that while we are an African American couple, there were other minorities in this establishment so I won't say it was racial, maybe just piss poor customer service. They have about a dozen flavors, maybe more, even including dairy-free, low-fat, nonfat, or nut-free ones. The girl up front offered us sample cups, and I really loved the pomegranate raspberry (dairy-free!) and peanut butter ones. Some others I tried and liked were triple chocolate, California tart, and salted caramel. Really disliked the cheesecake! They have a wide range of toppings; I got strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, dark chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips. My boyfriend got the truffles, and loved them so much he ordered a whole jar full of them! They are quite a treat. This place is alright but the cashier is so hot. Jesus Christ when he handed me my taro bubble tea I almost fainted. My only complaint is that the young man refused to allow me to use a cup for my frozen yogurt, instead practically forcing me to eat it from his soft hands. The yogurt had a good enough taste, the main issue is that it came out partially melted. I'm a huge fan of frozen yogurt so I have an idea what I'm talking about. There's no way they use YoCream as their yogurt. Maybe I should've tried the bubble tea instead. read more

The building is set up so cute and the yogurt is delicious. However, the staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming. I tried to sit and read at a table one time and the Asian worker glared at me the whole time. He admitted that he isn't too hip on college students coming in and waiting to buy yogurt. Not cool especially since their business is set up to appeal to our age group. His child was very unruly and came up to dig around in my backpack several times. I am rating this place solely on their bubble tea. They ONLY make it with heavy cream, not just tea or crushed fruit or even skim or soy milk, so if you want a 700 calorie drink, get their bubble tea. Otherwise, stick with the low-fat yogurt. read more
